Wow, starting with "you reptile!" How is that ok?
Right before this Q&A started, they had shown the audience the first teaser for series 4. This teaser ends with Mrs. Hudson saying to Mycroft: "Get out of my house, you reptile!" So calling Mark a "reptile" was a joking reference to that scene.
In the teaser of season 4, Mrs Hudson calls Mycroft a reptile, so it was a reference to that. She wasn’t being horrible to Mark, it was a joke towards the show.
