- Welcome back all,
Here is my video from The Ford Show at Santa Pod Raceway 2023! This show is bang in the middle of summer and it's normally blue skies and blistering heat, however this is England and the weather wasn't playing ball this year with heavy rain spells throughout the weekend. Saying this me and Lauren made the most of the weekend and slept in the Mk2 Fiesta which you'll see is surprisingly spacious once the seats are fully folded back! On the Saturday we also looked around the campsite to checkout all of the cool fords people had bought along.
The Sunday started off well with overcast skies, we had out fingers crossed that it wasn't going to be a wash out! I parked the Mk2 Fiesta in the show and shine section at Santa Pod, which I've never done before but thought we would try something different apposed to a club stand. As you'll see in the video we enjoyed looking around the show and watching some drag racing.
Overall this was a decent show, I'd say it was a 40/60 split between classic and modern fords but it was still a great show. I'm really looking forward to ford fair in the middle of august!

Me and my son were supposed to be viewing a 3 Litre Capri this weekend & hoped to be buying it, but they sold it on Wednesday night! Gutted to say the least.

Fantastic, i used to own a mk2 D reg fiesta XR2 for 4 years in the early to mid 90s ,and me and mate did sleep in the fiesta on the way to Newquay, and it was very comfortable 👍.
i wouldn't be using that dyno, the angle the car sits at will alter the fuelling in the carbs, never mind the oil flow
been round my mams house, told me to get rid of a blue fiesta mk2 pass. door i left in my old bedroom 30ish yrs ago. no rust, but doorlock hole slightly bent off attempted theft. any of your mates want to buy it, you could pick it up next time you come up to the auction @ newcastle, i'm in sunderland, about 8 miles away keep up the excellent vids
