nice but i am looking to create a list of keywords and page number just like a book has an index at the end of that book. any suggestions how to do that quickly? automatically?
Uh oh! Can you re-check if it is Acrobat X Standard and not Acrobat X Professional. Indexing has limitations in Std version as compared to Pro version.

Well, the problem with DC is that it seems you can only do 1 file at a time.There is an option where you can schedule the building of the index, tried that, but doesn't work. At least, not for me.

Can you index an entire portfolio in Adobe Acrobat DC ?
