Hope you recover quickly from the operation. 💖
Right after surgery ?! EXCEPTIONAL ! I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis. I get to keep my thyroid & all the joys of its roller coaster lifestyle. I completely enjoyed every aspect of this video. You are an inspiration ! I am wrapping ! Thank you SO much.
I send you light love and healing energy and you are an amazing artist
Thank you so much
I first want to say that you are a trooper for having such a major surgery and still have the strength to make a tutorial for us. I hope you have a very fast recovery!!!
sublimely lovely! and not just the jewelry. The fact that you would share your gift with others even after having a partial thyroidectomy, and in such a creative, fun way, shows what a buoyant and generous soul you have. Hope that the surgery did the trick and you are now feeling great, too! :D Thank you!
Yay! I can finally make a necklace that represents both my heritage and Wicca(my religion)! I cannot wait to get started!!!! Thanks for the lovely vid!!!
I see this was a while ago but you’re such a strong and courageous soul to be doing this tutorial while you were going through something like that. What dedication! You are truly an amazing inspiration❤

Hiya, I am just starting out making jewellery and charms and your tutorials are the best I've seen. Partly to do with how easy you make it look and partly to do with your wonderful teaching style. Please keep 'em coming! Many blessings to you for a speedy recovery too. Thank you, thank you , thank you x
You are very patient and good with your hands. Great job despite your challenge. Love your videos!
I absolutely love your designs, they are awesome! As great as they are, the fact that I can understand, exactly what the instructions are, is fantastic. I'm so sorry, that you've lost your voice, I can relate in a sense. I've lost most of my hearing. I've yet to read one of the closed captions and understood completely what it was printing out. Thank you, so much for your beautiful designs and easy to read and understand directions.
BEAUTIFUL EARRINGS.
Fair play to you - a great tutorial. Only bought some 20gauge wire this week to attempt some wire work and this video is perfect seeing as it's almost St. Patrick's Day and I'm Irish.
I hope you are feeling much better Jocelyn. I love your video and thank you so much for sharing your talent with us.
These are absolutely stunning! I lived in Ireland for 13 years and consider it my home. My older daughter and son were born there and I will be making these earrings for my daughter and use this design to make something for my son as well. Thank you for the inspiration 💞

Thank you for posting this! I am a newbie wire jewelry designer and your tutorials are perfect. I made the Celtic Cross earrings for my mom and am getting ready to make these for myself as well as some for a friend. You have inspired me! I truly hope that you are feeling better. Blessed Be.
Wow I am only now catching your videos but you had the same surgery my mother had many years ago. As it is I have had my thyroid checked multiple times however the only issue they are concerned with is my kidneys keep releasing all the potassium in my system. Your work is wonderful and I am so glad I am trying to get wire wrapped jewelry skills back after brain surgery. Hands have a mind of their own!
I love your tutorials. Watching you is adding to finding my own style. You make things make sense and turn out beautifully!
This particular vid really got me. I also have Grave's and had my thyroid out. There have been a lot of body changes to get used to. You are an inspiration! Thank you.
Thank you so much for the kind words, Susi! I hope you are also recovering well
Thank you for taking the time to make this video. Hope you do well in you're recovery
I've struggled to make these trefoil or what have you ornaments. Your method is so much better than what I've tried--thank you! Beautiful!
Had Graves myself, know the feeling all too well. Love your tutorials! Thank you for sharing your talents with us. 🙏🏽
I'm so sorry you've had to deal with Grave's, too! Thankfully I've been feeling much better in the years since I created this video :) Thanks for watching, and for the kind words!
Thank you my dear. Glad you are better. I had radio active iodine treatment for my thyroid but had surgery later for my hyperactive Para-tyroid (yeah, I had never heard of it either)and that was a whole other story! All is well know but rough road. God is good all the time!
Thank you for this video. I have a trinity knot necklace and want some earrings to go with it but haven't been able to find the charms in the appropriate size. Now I can make my own! Bright blessings to you.
What a triumph to be doing this so soon after surgery kudo's to you

So beautiful - jewelry and the music.
Wonderfully done my dear Jocelyn. I'm sorry that you are without your voice & I understand the frustration. I've had vocal issues since a botched tonsillectomy at 18 (now I'm 50) & at times have to rely on sign language to communicate. I wish you a speedy recovery.
Hi,Thanks for your Video , very useful to me as a starter , I just started this as hobby and now getting deep into it .Keep the good work going .God bless you.
very pretty and a great tutorial you make it look so easy hope you are feeling better.
I am inspired by your gift. Beautiful!
Thank you so much for this! I met a wonderful Scotsman at a festival that I bought my very favorite piece of jewelry from (OK tearing up here....) that is a Trinity knot (Triquetra) attached to another piece of wire. It has so much meaning to me and I love it but it's getting worn and I want to let it rest a bit and make a new one. Sadly, I cannot learn from that wonderful Scotsman because he passed away before I could. You'll never know what this means to me. 💖
I'm SO happy I could help you recreate such a special and meaningful piece. Thanks so much for watching and the kind words.
@@FantasiaElegance you're welcome xx

THANK YOU FOR SHARING, WISH YOU BE WELL SOON
Nice. Thank you. Instructions are fine even though no voice.
I
Beautiful earrings!! And, I always love to watch you bend wire. It's like magic. Wishing you continued convalescence. Thyroid disease is no fun. Statistically, the number with some sort of thyroid dysfunction has exploded in recent years, and research is questioning the role of gluten. I have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, and just learned my son does also. I am a nurse, and I do a lot of reading. Course, so many research articles are released at any given time, and not all are done equally as well. But, I have done a few experiments on myself. HA! I believe there really is a link to gluten. Anyway, it's early and I am rambling. I am wishing you well very soon!!!! Thanks for sharing with us!
***** Forgive me, Jocelyn, for taking so long to get back to your comment. I want to send you a great big congratulations on graduating, and I wish you much happiness, fulfillment, and success as an RN. It's a huge field now, with so many specialties. With more of our uninsured getting insured, I'm afraid the nursing shortage is going to be devastating. My generation is aging, and, honestly, worn, after a few decades of what can be very intensive physical work. I've been around since graduating in 1987....old nurse!
Actually, I had written a response two weeks ago. A finger got trigger happy and somehow I lost the whole text. LOL! It was a long one, too. I get a bit chatty!! Especially when the topic is nursing, or about carbohydrates, I can talk forever. Will try not to!!
But, I must share this....In 2003, at 5'3" I found myself on antihypertensives, a statin, and a host of other meds that were not necessarily controlling my BP or cholesterols, and at a weight of 211#'s.....on a lifelong, very STRICT low fat diet. I was having frequent runs of SVT's, and I really thought I'd die a few times, because I was having episodes of chest pain. I had always been very active, and regularly exercised, in addition to the physical demands of nursing, and an avid outdoor nut....gardening, hiking, camping, horseback riding, etc. I am also a very disciplined individual. Despite it, I found myself at nearly 37, feeling like I'd not see 40, and very puzzled. The movie, Lorenzo's Oil, kept nagging me. Check it out, if you have not seen it. Oldie, but goodie.
Dr. Atkins died that year.....I didn't have a clue as to who he was until all the media coverage of his death. Being of a very curious nature, I bought the book, and became quite angry, because from a physiological standpoint, his theory made PERFECT sense, and I was wondering why I had never heard about it. The good doc died in April, I read his book first of May, purged my pantry and started my journey into a low carb lifestyle. I lost 95#'s in about 14 months, easily. I was off all my meds, except what I take for hypothyroidism, and had to return to my atenolol for maintenance of a heart rate that stays tachy otherwise. No BP problem, and cholesterols have been normal since. And, mine were very bad....not even normal when on lipitor. I could get atop my soapbox on statins, too.
Long to short (I know...already too late...sorry)!! Roll time up to 2014...I have maintained my weight, BP, cholesterols, and I have never looked back....only to reflect from whence I came. People get all caught up in thinking low carb is drastic measures, when reality is, our bodies have never been intended to process all the "processes" in our food. It's really all about eating wholesome, unprocessessed food, and consuming good carbs. The other vital part is recognizing the individuality...we all have our own specific tolerance (or intolerance) to carbs. Finding that place is critical, and if one goes about the low carb on Dr. Atkins' plan, it's easy to find. But, learning to think differently is the most difficult part. I still have those brain farts about watching fat intake...and every time I cut them down....I will gain a few pounds, especially if I've been a little more lenient on counting my carbs.
Jocelyn, it made me feel like a new person. And after about three weeks...all cravings ceased. I experienced saiety in a way I'd never known. It has been a continual learning experience, and I am always looking for new ways to prepare food. Being a choco-holic....I learned to make my own chocolate chips with coconut oil, and I can use them to make brownies, or almond cookies, or throw them into the ice cream I make from scratch. They are delicious mixed with raw nuts, (I sometimes toast them, and am learning about soaking the phytic acid out of them recently) sunflower and pepita seeds, too. I've been trying to grow a stevia plant, but haven't got the knack yet. We recently started making pizza with a cauliflower bread crust that was all over Pinterest. It is heavenly. But, I will eat pizza out, I just drag the toppings off the bread. So, it's really nice to have a way to experience it with a crust now. But, these are the things you learn over time.
Oh, my, I have really got to zip it. I am so glad you have your voice back. Continue to heal, and I loved the braided bracelet you upload last week. Gorgeous!! Looking forward to watching your most recent tutorial also. Have a pleasant day, and forgive me for all this chatter. Again....CONGRATS!!
