the intros to old movies make my heart happy and i wish artists nowadays would be nostalgic with their music every now and again.

Wish it had that magical touch these days. Not saying some of the movies today they turn out don't. Frozen is a wonderful movie as is Tangled (though I'm still wondering how the hell Rapunzel managed to carry that long hair all over the place lol) and The Frog Princess, who has one of my fave Disney Princesses

I mean Frozen is a wonderful and magical movie as is The Frog Princess and some others that managed to capture the magic and nostalgic feel which is not often sadly.
They don't make music like this anymore. I'm 25, but stuff like this had an undeniable charm.
This has to be the best Disney intro music, sounds so mysterious and charming. peter pan is my favourite Disney film, I could imagine this being played as a first dance wedding song or a funeral song, either way it's absolutely incredible

This brings back memories containing the details of what I was wearing, what room had the VCR player so I could watch it, what the smell of the room was, how old I was... Music is a magical thing. Takes me back to an exact time and place. Such a peaceful song; even at my age of 25, I still watch Disney movies to go to sleep to.
I'm 25 years old myself and now that disney+ is out I fall asleep watching Alice in Wonderland, Peter Pan, Robin Hood, or Sleeping Beauty almost every night. They bring me peace and help me rest. If im feeling down I watch one of these movies. Or Remember The titans, The Sandlot, etc. But I can't watch those movies falling asleep because they get me pumped up lol
This song brings tears of joy and nostalgia to my eyes. So beautiful. I remember watching Peter Pan, Little Mermaid and Snow White as a child so often that the VHS tape has nearly broke.
There's always a big feel of nostalgia whenever I hear this song.

Almost every time. I don't know why. It has to be because it reminds me of how long it's been since I first heard this--about 55 years or so. But it's a GOOD cry.
I actually prefer this song to When You Wish Upon a Star.
