Here is a boss design for Lake Kingdom.
When Mario defeats Rango, the underwater town is attacked. Mario finds a Siren attacking the town. She looks at Mario, revealing the jewel on her crown controlling her. She then swims to Mario, starting the battle. Her first phase is attacking you with ships. Once the ships get close enough, they explode.
Stomp on her once and she goes into her second phase. Water geysers will appear and eels will come out of them. Her main attack is the same, but she adds another attack where she summons crystals to fall on you.
Stomp on her again and she will reach her final phase. In this phase, she has two new attacks. One of them is teleporting away then zooming towards you from a hole. Her other attack is summoning bubbles with spikes in them and then singing. The bubbles pop as she sings. Stomp on her again and she's defeated.
The jewel on her crown breaks and her eyes turn from pure red to coral Red with white sclera. She thanks you for saving her and opens up a clam with a Multi Moon inside. You instantly get the Multi Moon.

Better idea: make him throw 6 fakes, then 8 fakes. Then 10 fakes, increase hit points by 2, throws 2 rocks with the fakes, then last hit throws 4 bowser shells 2 rocks and 10 fakes so that it's a challenging as heck secret boss, also increase speed of bowser shells thrown when you get the hat, also make him spew ice that freezes you for 2 second instead of breathing fire
