It's actually a very large development with many units of different sizes. Its name is Villaggio Baia Del Carpino. The USD/EUR exchange rate continues to remain extremely favorable but we don't know for how long...

Love the sea views. What is the shoreline like? Is it rocky or is there any beach access?
Rocky coast. But our Baia Del Carpino community has access to private beach down long staircase. We are very near main flat beaches of Scalea too, a minute away in car.
Yes there are several beaches very close by in addition to the private one.

Hiking trails would be fantastic in this area. The views are awesome I’m sure. Don’t like the fact that the condo has no up-close parking and is accessible by steep stairs.

We will be touring more properties in the general area, but right now this is the only apartment with views like this one. Restaurants are a 5-minute drive away, both in Scalea and San Nicola Arcella.

Hi The HOA fees are 500 our year. I cannot give you a guarantee on what the costs are t I've here but I can tell you that costs in Calabria are way less than most anywhere in Italy. Restaurants are about 1/3 of the cost that they are in Rome.
