    Madam, I wouldn't understand one thing that unless multivalued attribute is removed from the table , either one multivalued attribute or more,the table wouldn't go for further normalisation,why are you unnecessarily decomposing the table in 4NF,not in 1NF. All multivalued attributes should be decomposed in 1NF,not in 4NF.
    Madam please clear my doubt?
