    I had finally gotten my Melasma under control after six microneedling sessions, three intense chemical peels and intensive at home care and then I had my beautiful baby boy and BAM back and worse than ever. It’s depressing to know how much money and time I spent getting rid of it and just like that it’s back. My skin quality is still far better than before of course but the brown patches are here 😅

      Can I ask which type of chemical peel? TCA?

    My dermatology said always check UV index right after u wake up. Than put sunscreen all over my skin, wear hat that cover my cheeks or just wear umbrella or use uv cover, wear upf 50 shirt, reapply sunscreen every 2-3 time every time i going to outside. Now I'm pregnant again. Hope my melaswa doesn't worse😅

    Cosmelan is the best! I love it. I just do the Step 2 at home throughout the year so I don’t have the downtime. I’m flaky and my makeup doens’t look great, but it’s manageable.

      Hi Stacey
      Do you ever quit using cosmelan 2?
      Also do you use any anti aging products along with it?
      Your response will be muchly appreciated ❤

    Thank you for sharing! I have embarked on a very similar journey recently and did a couple of lasers a retinol peel got a skin care routine and started the sun cream habit. However I will try applying the two types and wearing the hat. Thanks again for your honest approach

    Has anyone tried the melanopro peel system before. I've heard that it's similar to cosmelan but cheaper. But it's not here in Australia yet. It's used in America apparently

    how do you get your hat to stay on your head? Baseball hats are the only ones that stay on my head, but they don't provide any coverage to the majority of my face, only my forehead.

    Loved this video! I can completely relate 🙄 2 sunscreen, hat, and umbrella 🫠 but in Florida even the heat flares me up! The cool c02 laser has been a game changer and tranexamic acid the week of laser and daily in the summertime.

    I hear that you should not apply both organic and inorganic sunscreen together. Love to know your rationale for doing this. Also why store in your car which will inactivate sunscreen efficacy. Thanks!

    • @nude_nutritionist
      @nude_nutritionist  Před 4 měsíci

      I’ll ask my dermatologist about this because I’ve never heard about that from anywhere. Also, why would sunscreen being in my car make it inactive?

    • @Idk-do4db
      @Idk-do4db Před 4 měsíci +1

      @@nude_nutritionist storing sunscreen in a hot car will degrade the active sunscreen filters, unless you can store them in the car in a cool environment. It should be okay to layer over the chemical sunscreen with mineral if you let it dry between layering.if it's still wet before layering it may impact efficacy of both types. I'm not sure if layering with a mineral will give you any additional protection though. but definitely check in with you derm. I'm just a sunscreen enthusiast.

    When you ll be off this you will get more melasma worse than before personal experience of cosmelan and dermamelan cause every day peeling will ruin your skin barriers doctors don’t tell the side effects.

    • @micky8034

      Is that similar to melanopro peel system? It is coming to Australia's beauty clinic soon apparently. The therapist said it's a similar process to cosmelan but cheaper. It's happening in America but not yet here in Australia. I'm waiting to try it

    • @01peace
      @01peace Před 4 měsíci

      @@micky8034 from what I know the dermamelan and cosmelan are similar peels, both from mesoestetic, aimed at addressing melasma. As far as I know, dermamelan is stronger. However, I did it, including after care, I'm super diligent with sunscreen, hats, all that, but I noticed absolutely no difference. Hydroquinone 4% works much better for me.
