I just made it in Aeroccino using the cold mode (hold the button for several seconds - button is blue). I poured the coffee in the frothed milk and did again cold. The result was quite delicious without sugar.
1. Put nine small ice cubes in glass 2. Prepare capsule of ristretto (40ml) 3. Pour ristretto over ice 4. Froth 90 ml of milk (hot) 5. Pour milk on top of coffee 6. Add straw. Voila!
Hi Georgia. Of course, Ispirazione Ristretto Italiano is intensely roasted with fruity notes, so you may also enjoy Ispirazione Italiana Venezia or Napoli as these will hold up well under ice. Also try Freddo Delicato or Freddo Intenso, especially crafted to be enjoyed as an iced recipe.
Put the cold milk and ice in the cup first, the hot coffee will drizzle on but by the time it gets in the iced milk it won’t be hot enough to melt the rest of the ice it didn’t touch.

I’m stirring it into a bit of milk, that I pour into the glass beforehand, then I add the froth and stir it again. After that, I add the ice cubes and then brew the espresso over it. (Try brown sugar and either Bukeela, Dulsao or Rosabaya) My method is a little different but I like it more this way. Hope I could help you.

If you use hot milk it wont be an ice coffe. U need to use the the blue button on the aerochino to make an ice coffe
I suppose milk won't froth well if it's not heated. That's why they put a lot of ice cubes to cool it all down.

Why forthed milk instead of cold?
Ristretto is 25 ml. Espresso is 40 ml

The hot coffee and milk just melt the ice and water down the whole coffee taste.
