We'd recommend adding it to the shaker with the coffee and ice cream.

Why didn't she use the lungo button, instead of two espressos???? She just used two capsules... Can someone please explain to me if there's a difference?
More intense flavour if using two capsules
If you use the Lungo button for an espresso capsule, you're using more water than the capsule requires, thus resulting in much less flavor and intensity in your coffee. As Iced coffees are naturally more watery because of all the ice used for preparation, you need a strong coffee for the best results.
She did not use Lungo button! She used espresso button! Some of the coffie machines has 3 level . 1.Restreto 2. Espresso 3.Lungo
She used the middle button which is Espresso

It‘s impossible to shake warm beverages… if you try, you create a pressure in the shaker that instantly lead to a flooded kitchen.

I am sorry that you had problems trying the recipe. It is important to put the ice cream with the coffee so it cools down immediately:
''In the meantime, make two espresso (40 ml) Kazaar Grand Cru in the shaker and add the two chocolate ice cream scoops''
