Machine has a bug with iOS that has never been fixed. Caffe Viennoi won't work when synced with your mobile. You have to remove it prior preparing the recipe.

I've had a Pixie and frother for almost 8 years (both working perfectly). I don't see the necessity for this device since my frother can do the same thing without all the bells and whistles and expensive price tag. Am I missing something?

What if it doesn't foam? Already changed it twice (I've already visited the Nespresso official service), tested it with different kinds of milk, and take the same till almost a frozen state. Still not getting any foam, It's just an expensive heating milk machine :( . Hope you can help me with this.

Just got this machine yesterday and I absolutely love it. But I keep seeing the spoon to be used but wasn’t in the box? Can it be bought separately?

Hi Shaikha, the Barista machine is a milk device designed to create different milk styles to go with coffee. This is not designed for use with coffee or water, you will need a separate coffee machine for this. Many thanks.
