Ypur video is one of the first I've come across on the very beginning of my journey into informing myself about dehydrated food supplies in this crazy world that we live in. Thankyou.you show exactly what information I needed to see & absorb. Very clear & simple example of this product & brand.
I hope your Business is healthy and strong I wish you many customers
Again another video with lot's of information, visit Leigh's shop, been there had a warm welcome, brilliant chat, lot's of gear, very polite and he bathes daily not like shopkeepers from my way 😂 jokes aside, mint shop and he's a good fella. I'm not bottom licking just being honest all the best from Merthyr Tydfil
I used to pretend to eat my greens as well , using the shovelling technique it works quite well .
One of these days I will make it to your shop but I live in the midlands so its a bit of a trek. That first tin you had in your hand, the beef stew is their best meal IMO however it was really good to see one of these cans opened up. I have only ever used the pouches.
Save some for me to try when I come up lol
Good to know mate, I've had freeze dried pouches in the past but tend to dehydrate my own for going up hills etc. Not tried the tins, I have tried using those wee can openers on Fray Bentos tins and both them and the 'wallet ninja' opener bit aren't a patch on a SAK for getting the job done. You go with what you've got though eh ?
Most freezed dried taste really good i dont mind army packs
I've bought some of the backpacker type pouches from Mountain House. I've bought #10 cans of FD apples, strawberries (both yummy) and blueberries (meh). My favorite FD veg are garden peas and onion, both of which are super handy to have on hand for cooking, I use each of them at least once a week. I generally prefer ingredients to full meal type choices. But I wouldn't make a huge can of something all at the same time. That's a heck of a lot of green beans!
I get that there's loads of people buying these, and that's great for your business, but I hope that these people also have a month (or 12) of normal store bought food stored too.
With the cans you don’t have to use all at once otherwise you would get fed up of green beans 3 times a day
@@TheBugOutShop usually there’s about a one year shelf life on an open can of freeze dried food. I usually vacuum seal it in a mason jar after opening the can. Stays fresher that way.
I’ve opened my #10 cans and used them over 2 years. I bought my preps before they skyrocketed in price. I also can meat and vegetables. Prices are not going down and there is no coincidence that there are food shortages worldwide.
Mountain warehouse do freeze dried food???
Beans beans are good for your heart,
The more you eat the more you fart,
The more you fart the better you feel,
So lets have beans with every meal!😂
What are the actual meal ones likes? I can understand freeze dried veggies being easy to rehydrate but ones that are meals like stews and pastas and things, are they any good? Also once you've opened a tin, like the beans, how long would you be able to keep it open for before it went funny as it would take a while to go through 20 servings quickly.
I have had plenty of the meal pouches and they hydrate fine. Same as the tins but in single portions. The tins have a week to use once opened.
Like pot noodles
@@TheBugOutShopthe salmon pasta broccoli is delicious tbh. I'm a prepper myself "Best to have than Need"
Great video again mate 👍👍
You have to deduct how old the tin is to calculate the value
Did those beans adversely affect your guts?
Only in a good way

Hope u dont get fed up green beans ..😂
