- This is what you get when you put a 21 horsepower engine and four wheels on a couch!
It was a lot of fun making this project as an upgrade from the first motorized couch that I built back in high school. - Zábava

That looks like quite a playground around that house, trial-path, deer-stand (or treehouse...) and all. Congrats to having all those possibilities and actually using those, up to making the hard-working most of it without avoiding the fun. I highly respect that.

My sofa is understeering on high speed entry, but stable at all other times. Should I open my rear diff, or lock it slightly? Thanks.

If its MFI the chassis is not stiff enough
Rear diffs should always be welded on sofas (love seats and awd sectionals are worth investing in an lsd) it's usually a steering geometry issue though... either that or you're not sticking your tongue out at the proper angle under braking.. the importance of proper tongue positioning cannot be overstated..

Distilling a Buick Roadmaster or Lincoln Town Car down to the bare essentials. Car Wizard says they're like driving a Barcalounger. This is pretty close.
I used to do that down in Phoenix and run'm in the desert. Had to have full frame donor cars.

At 3:48: the only change I would make is shorten up closer to the clutch tensioning spring your mount for the eye bolt. As it is, that looks really prone to breaking said bolt.

Nice buggy but seems you might have a need for safety belts incase you hit a huge bump you would not go flying off!
