Hello could you please help me with something, I’ve got all 25 crystals, 46 gems, 31 relics by doing future frenzy, I’ve got 107%. And coco was supposed to give me the last gem but nothing, any ideas?

Hello dear crash community! I have a problem with the last gemstone, which is actually given by Coco in the Warp Room in the center of the worlds, if all the other gemstones have been fetched beforehand. Unfortunately this is not the case with us and Coco suddenly disappeared. we all have 31 relics, 25 crystals and 46 out of 47 gemstones. we checked everything to see if we might have forgotten another gemstone somewhere, but we didn't. Now this gem is missing from the center of the warp room, which of course makes the whole thing incomplete. Can someone help me there? With best regards, Lukas.
Oi amigo, comigo aconteceu a mesma coisa, voce conseguiu resolver o problema?
Do you have all non-Future Tense GOLD or higher relics? I don't know if having all of them is necessary for the gem, because I got a sapphire relic on Future Tense after I got at least gold in every other level, but if you have any sapphire relics in the main 30 levels, try getting gold/platinum instead on those levels, as that might be the problem. If you already have them though, it might have something to do with the order of how you completed each level, since in Crash 1, if you complete Stormy Ascent after the Cortex fight, you can't get the extra percentage from completing if for some reason. If it's the latter, then it might be impossible to collect, but the former seems more likely anyway. It might just be a bug, but I've never heard of this happening before, so I don't really know.
Cuando terminaste "future tense", ví que te dieron una gema en la máquina del tiempo, creo que yo olvide agarrarla, cómo puedo hacer para que me la den otravez?? Porque tengo el 107% y me falta una gema, estoy seguro que es esa porque ya hice todo lo demás, hasta los niveles ocultos, ayuda por favor

Es necesario tener todas las reliquias de platino para que te den la última gema
NO de hecho tienes que por ejemplo 16 platino y 14 de oro. Yo tengo 24 de oro y 6 de platinos
