Congrats!! You are doing good with only 3 hours of practice. (On flat floor on top of that)
I took me 3 hours just to be able to ride straight, but still unable to pump.

I suggest to buy the jmk freeskates instead. They also have tutorials how to ride.
Looks like ur using the wrong method. U should do toes in, toes out, toes in, toes out and the same time pump with ur legs, forward and backward to go faster.
