Hello Love, glad to help. Mostly the training was on the job for my first leasing position the Property manager that hired me knew I was new to the field so she worked with me. I did have online module training the first few days but its basic sales honestly. Once you learn the systems for inputting guest and managing residents it's honestly very simple! Feel free to let me know any questions you may have I can do a Q&A I'm here to help!

Hi, Marco clearly I’m not the girl from the video but it is a lot of leasing consultant jobs that doesn’t require the license and this will be the best way for you to put one foot forward into real estate. Hope you are doing so well. Lastly, they will train you on everything but make sure you do your research before interviews.

Yes, It varies depending on the company. Normally you are paid a commision per lease that you acquire!

I used to do property management leasing consultant and it was my favorite job. Had i stayed i could have made 100k a year easily. But what youre experincing with maintenance saying apartment is move in ready i swear they said that when their job was done but not everyone elses haha sure they did paint but did the cleaners come or carpet people lol

@mariyahkorinn I do! Lol but it's a fun job. My favorite I ever had. How you drove around on the gold cart around residences was a good vibe.. I've lived at apartments where property managers were hated and staff and I've worked at some where we were loved.. it's all on how you treat people.
