I'm not much of a Collin fan but he's currently ranked 12th in mixed this calendar year and is ahead of very good players

PPA needs 6 dedicated cameras directly down each lines, Not shown form 40 feet away and angles from clear across the court or from the net. It's a one time purchase that goes from place to place.

Keep up speaking your truth Jimmy. I like the honesty even though you know its gonna get you in some Challenges. The Paddles are way to Powerful. Soon We will become the fate of racquetball if we the Players don't take a Stance. Support Paddles you believe in and Companies that are ethical.

I’ve heard from reliable source at the tournament that both John’s brothers are using their Gen 2 paddles with the 3 Gen face. The sound of their paddles are miles apart from juiced Gen 3 models.

How does tysons paddle sound so weird too? It always sounds corked like ALWs paddle. Sounds different from everyone else’s
Pretty sure cj using diff paddle for mixed and then doubles. Different lead tape positioning when he plays mixed too
Big fan. When I watch such entertaining matches every weekend and older ones on CZcams, I find myself wondering..these great athletes have been playing for hours and are tired, SO why do they have to take so many extra steps chasing balls that dropped at the net constantly or power shots that went to the corners and sometimes out of the courts. It's time to add some youngsters that would be thrilled to chase balls just like in tennis...and the players could catch their breath! I would call them juanabees. I am 83 yrs old and have been plying PBall for 11 years, and still loving it.. I only regret not discovering the game until I was 72.

Think about why they don't use aluminum bats in MLB. If pro pickleball becomes so fast that most points last only 2 or 3 hits it may become boring AF to many.
Issue is not the first speed up from the gen 3. Issue is ppl afraid of speeding up because worried about the counter coming back too fast. Will be boring because its too much dinking

They say that Hometown stuff for everybody. That's moved into any city. They did it in Dallas for Riley. And they do it for everybody that lives in Austin. More importantly, Can you get Fleming to stop calling it 20 x 44 just say court!

CJ was definitely playing more aggressive in mixed. Maybe because his paddle is hot?
He doesn’t even play the gen 3 Joola, he uses a gen 2 painted to look like the gen 3
Slowing the ball down seems like the better choice on making the game better to watch as well as play. Control, shaping the ball with spin is much better. Looking forward to getting the "SKIN" PIKKL is releasing today.
Pickleball TV is not a good streaming channel. Not being able to pause it, rewind it, and record it for later viewing is awful. Live streaming is fine but not as the only option.

disappointing that you are not talking about the us open. I know you are bias to ppa, but pickleball is also the amateurs, and the us open is a great event, unfortunately don't have app/ppa/mlp money, but is a big event you didn't even bother mentioning. sad

The heavier Jaume Black Diamond version
Yeah...the JMV Black Diamond version. The only difference is that it's .5oz heavier than the standard Black Diamond, besides the purple edge guard. No new technology and the BD has been out for over a year. Sure...the BD hits hard, but nothing like the gen3 tech. Unsure what Jimmy and Tyler are referring too. Sidenote.....would like to see Augie ditch Vatic Pro for Six Zero. #sixzeroarmy #AzPickleball

AB had a meltdown in that mixed match. It was tough to watch.
So we’ve talked about wanting to see Ben versus ALW in mixed rather than them playing together. I really like Ben with Etta Wright and ALW with JW Johnson. Etta and JW allow Ben and ALW to play their games respectively.

Ok no one is talking about what an ass Ben Johns was in the final. At the end of the match he tapped paddles with his opponents and walked away from Bright, got his bag and left. What a kind of guy does that to his partner. That was so bad and no one mentioned it. No class at all. 🤬🤬🤬
AB had no Class, She was mean mugging and sad after game 1. Id be ready to leave if I was Ben Also. It was a bad Show for AB which led to Bens bad show.

All these tourneys without the top 20 players need to have asterisks next to them (when looking at stats and performance).
While I might agree and see where you're coming from... this happens in all sports... in the NBA, a team might have a sick or injured player, in Tennis, certain players might not be there... it is what it is and a win is a win, but I see your point. Thanks for commenting!
Tyler has been playing great pickleball lately. Fun to watch. I loved the match against Tyson and Jaume. Again, with Jimmy - jimmy continues to sound like a child when discussing Colin Johns. It’s hard to trust a thing he says (and he’s wrong about alleged “facts” so often that he has earned mistrust), when he continues to pretend Colin can’t play pickleball. An adult would just say “I don’t like Colin for these reasons, but he can play the game of pickleball”. Jimmy would rather pretend.
Just want to say i was very disappointed when Colin played against his brother Ben with Anna. He played like he was paid to to lose that game. He didnt even try to win the tournament. Then i saw the game Colin played for the bronze medal totally different player.

Imo, this sho is comprised of a people pleaser, and someone who is honest but need refinement, if they split into thier own pods which would you watch? When he said he actually likes andiamo boy, sheesh, can he name anyone else who likes him?
There where way too many rules and regulations around the paddles from the beginning. Reed the rulebook, from the first word to the last, it’s all there. Ironically, most problems seems caused by the stupid useless plastic wiffleball. Little modification of that weird toy, could go long way.
What if the Pickleball community Demanded ruling of no official ball status for companies who don’t have 100% recycling program. It’s common sense demand, and that makes it hard to argue, and brings number of positives ( like making the tennis community a little jealous). Showing little sense of responsibility will be rewarded by public’s respect. That would make it much easier to ask your local government to build you more cords for example.
It’s probably better if we do nothing and everybody can hope that somehow things will get better on their own.
More time should be given to Viv and Thomas!! After all they fought hard an WON!!
