Why doesn't the irradiation destroy healthy cells too ?

it does, which is why they are replaced with the donors new healthy cells. When TBI is used for stem cell transplant, it kills all cells, not just cancer.

Your saying Total Body ; does that mean the risk of destroying vital healthy organ cells throughout the body is dangerously high ?

@@EGMAG Cancerous cells have numerous mutations and very commonly those mutations prevent proper DNA repair. Radiation therapy breaks apart DNA. Healthy cells without mutations in DNA repair genes are able to repair this damage and resume normal functions (however, there are exceptions and healthy cells will also die but in relatively small numbers). The vast majority of cancer cells will be unable to repair the damage induced by radiation due to their genetic mutations and will die.

@@nosrac95I prefer holistic treatments ... Such as direct contact with tumors using various nutritional and osmotic / cellular active transport antagonists that enter
permeable membranes thus destroying the nucleic contents that are unhealthy. There are many optional variations of natural treatments that have cured for centuries , yet have been lost in antiquity.

@@EGMAG Care to list some peer-reviewed articles showing the efficacy of these compounds? I'd be curious to learn about them.
