- My first event for 2023 was good. Had some good runs and ran a new PB at robot racing. Getting so close to the 12's now. I raced some fast cars at this event and it's got me pumped to go faster.

It was a good run. I knew we would race eventually and your car is as fast as I thought it would be. Hopefully I get to close that gap a bit when we race again. I need to to put in serious work to do that though 😅 I can't make excuses, the videos don't lie. Haha.

Lekker man bru! When you can run low 13's effortlessly, then you are on track. Yes we know there is much more in the Golf but you got too love the journey to the 12's thus far. Well done brother and most importantly, enjoy yourself whilst going down lower.
The journey to the 12's is taking forever. I keep getting close. Hopefully my next few mods will get me there. 🙏🏽 It's great to have you guys along for the ride.

hey man we had the same problem with our mk1 audi TT , 1.8 turbo aswell , replaced the old vvt and chain one time because we found that it wasn't kicking in when and as its supposed to but once it was replaced then it was hundreds again . Also love your car bro👌
It's annoying because I bought the VVT solenoid not too long ago. lol. But I wouldn't be surprised if that's the issue. It better hold out like it is for a while. But I can feel that the vvt is "lazy".

@@lowdl yes it tends to be sluggish and sometimes you cant fully put your foot down because then the car jerks at a certain rpm , but i hope you got it sorted man , hopefully we can put the TT up against your beast one day , sorry for the late reply aswell

Yes it's the wagon. I would LOVE to R3.2T it actually. That would be the dream. I should post about it the wagon but it gets no love so there's not much to say. But it does need some attention soon.

The E46 wagon is cool. There are lots of E91 wagons around. Hopefully you find one. They seem scarce but maybe it's just because i haven't really been looking.
