I’m going to try this when I get home I’m on vacation but looking forward to making this cardigan 😊thanks for sharing 😊😊😊
ONE PANEL?! SIGN ME UP.
literally all I ever wanted.
hahaha love the energy 😘
Excellent cardigan tutorial! How you make the decreases on the wrist and then crochet the rib directly on the sleeve is so clever. It's less bulky than sewing a strip of rib on later.❤
I made this and added pockets. It really is comfy cozy. 😊
Thank you Annabelle for this beautiful sweater/cardigan tutorial ❤️ I made one and I am so proud of my work👏🏾🙏❤️
Hi. I’m new to crocheting. I’m going to attempt this. This video was very soothing and you make it look so simple! Will come back with an update .
I am going to attempt this cardigan for my 8 year old. Will def make some adjustments. But this cardigan tutorial did not give me anxiety lol. Project number 2 this week! Thank you🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽
I used this video to crochet my first cardigan, and it turned out great! I'm now working on another one using different yarn and double crochet.
Thanks I’m loving the one panel idea

THANK YOU SO MUCH WOW!!!
YOURE WELCOME
Super cool😍 how many balls of yarn did you use?
I love it. How many skeins did you use of the one pound? Did you turn the sweater inside out when you sewed it together? 😊❤ Thanks for sharing.
I’m using this tutorial for my daughter but doing dc 3rd stitch to give it more of a pattern!! Love this, thank you 🥰
Do you mean DC every 3rd row?
thank you!! i know she’ll love it, and it will come out beautifully 😊
Ya that hits
haha thank you!!!
I love everything about your video. It's so calming and exactly what I needed. Love your pattern and checking out your other videos. Please don't change. I can't handle the ones that talk about their entire life before they ever get to the crochet pattern and are really hyped up. Your voice is so calming. Thank you!
awww this was so sweet, thank you🥺❤
@@bellscreate You are so welcome and deserving of the recognition of your talents. Keep on keeping on!❤️
What size is your sweater. Great! Job😊
Oh this is such a great tutorial!! Now that you know your stitch count could you do it all in one panel and work from sleeve to sleeve? Doing that chain extension thing where the sleeve meets the body? Either the front or back panel would be one row shorter but you'd never know once you stitch the sides together
yes i’ve done cardigans like that before, but for this it makes sure my sleeves are the right length and on the same side
The back ones you’re referring to are called 3rd loop btw 😊
thank you, learn something new everyday 😂😊
Beautiful! Thanks for sharing! Looks super cute and cozy on you.
How would you suggest to modify to include thumb holes?
towards the end of the sleeve you could do half double crochets to where your thumb would be then chain one or two and skip half double crochets making a gap in the sleeve, i hope this makes sense lol
Can you tell me how many stitches across you did for the neck please? I know you did 10 rows but how many stitches across please?
Beautiful...thank you...definately going to try and make one for myself...from Mookgophong South Africa
😇😇😇
Hi! How much yarn did you use for this project?
Thanks!!! I Don't really speak English but this tutorial it's really good 🫶
thank you😊
Can you add a hoodie?
Can you tell me how many skeins of yarn you used and how many grams per skein? I hope you respond soon because I really want to make this shirt! 😘😘
Further down in comments she said 1100 yards
Lovely cardigan! It’s there a reason why you yarn under at the beginning of each stitch? If it’s a design feature let us know (next time) because otherwise this changes the stitch size and complicates how others can make the same gauge as you. I usually follow written patterns but my daughter wanted to try this so we are going to each make one for ourselves, can’t wait to start!
I think she hold the yarn as in knitting, I don't think it would make any difference to the stitch size, it's just the preference of the person as to how they hold their yarn, ( I believe).
@@valeriepoole1535 it actually does make a difference in the stitch size because when you yarn under you use less yarn so the stitch is smaller
@@user-mf9tq6tk5j hi thank you for that information. I have never seen this way of crocheting before. I don't think I would be able to change my method 😜.
Hi! I'm using different size hook and yarn for this piece. I was wondering how long was the 25 row front-back panels in centimeters or inches?
oh my goodness!!! i’m so sorry for answering so late but for me when folded in half and measured from my shoulder to my upper leg is was around 30 inches
this is beautiful! how much of the weight 4 yarn did you use in g/yd?
i would estimate a little more than 1100 yds, I use one full caron one pound yarn and some of a second one
thank you!🥰🥰🥰
About how many skeins does this cardigan take
How much yarn did you use for this sweater?
I just finished making it and I used 5, I’m adding pockets tomorrow!
How would i make this an XL/2X? I dont see any other info or a written pattern to go by.
Hello:) you change the measurements of the cardi to make any size, in order to change the length of the body you can add more starting chains, to change the width you would crochet more half double crochet rows, also using old clothes that fit nicely as measurements helps too, let me know if you have any more questions 😊
Hi, how many stitches across for the neck please?
Hello, how much yarn did you use?
16oz

I just quickly went through the video but I didn't see how you ended the sleeve. Did I just miss that part? I want to do mine like yours. Hope you see this🙂
Never mind😑 duh! I just saw where you did that. Sorry!
no worries😂 glad u found it😊😊
What size needle are you using please?
I used a 6.00 mm hook, for the actual needle I used to sew it together I’m not sure but if you look up yarn needle, my guess would be the 3 inch one😊
does it have to be a 6.00 mm hook?
it doesn’t have to, whatever you prefer but for me it was a good size to make the stitches not too loose or too tight
hey hun, just wondering roughly how much yarn you used to make this?
I bought two 800 yard balls of yarn, but had some left over.
@@bellscreate thank you!! im gonna try and make one with some scrap yarn so it'll be a bunch of random colours haha
QUANTOS NOVELOS VOCE PRECISOU MOÇA? FORAM 4 NOVELOS? I DONT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!
