It's normal to feel overwhelmed but lashing out at a group of kids who are going through puberty isn't the answer. Slayy Point was clearly joking but they took it seriously. That's why I'm inclined to not support the Indian education tech. industry.

For the people who don't know...these are cut parts from 2 hour of lectures and almost every institute daily in morning/ evening dedicate 20-30 min to fun time and motivation as these children are far from home in a very competitive race and depression/anxiety is common at this stage

See the problem was the online classes which led to many problems of scam , no responding, pranks , zoom meeting boomers and all . Btw gone are those days where teachers don't get paid , education has now become one of the most successful business and honestly every teacher mostly are paid well. I remember an instance in my computer lab where I wrote and executed a new ish program perfectly and way simpler than the originally written by teacher program and my teacher was like what's this , i haven't seen this one before , don't do this or your marks will be cut ! But still couldn't explain where I did wrong Or couldn't say which type of functions i used . She earns about 50k per month which is like what $ 650 roughly but is neither updated with her subjects terminologies nor even intrested to make teaching more valuable .

I know that some times the teachers of such classes get a bit cringy but most of the teachers that are shown in this video help in preparing for few of the toughest exams in India. The competition that the aspirants have to face at just the age of 16,17 and also the vast syllabus makes most of the students very much depressed. So hence these teachers try to bring a bit humour (though cringy) in the classes which contributes only to a few mins of the total study time. Although they seem to be caricatures in this video 😂 they are actually one of the best online teachers that provide affordable coaching.

I personally feel tht 5:30 (Dhinesh sir) and 18:33 (PW) are the most imp teachers for 2020-2022 11th and 12th std batch where both years were done online

That's extremely true Jaby. When we are kids we wanna be grown ups fast and when we become grown ups we wanna go back to being a kid. The reason for this as far as I have researched is that...it's because we only look at the positive sides. When we are kids we look at the positives of being a grown up forgetting about the positives of being a kid...and when we became grown ups we wanna be kids again because we look at the positives of being a kid forgetting about the positives of being a grown up.
Another example is there are some people saying "I wanna be a superhero." But let's see when they become superheroes and are taking the punches of thanos whether they will say the same or not. Most of them would atleast think of "wish if I was back in those days..a normal human leading that normal good happy life". That's it..because we are more likely to only look at the positives of being whatever it is.

I am teacher and i can realte to this in a big way. Some of the student are so dumb that you have to go out of your way to make them understand and keep them engaged but it's fun too😂
Stop degrading or being disrespectful by saying your students as dumb. You are a teacher and if a student is asking a logical question related to studies then you must educate the students. Have a good attitude if you are a teacher.
@@avirah459 I know my students better than you and i am not degrading them..and you don't even know the kind of question they ask and I don't have any problem with answering the question i am just emphazing on the fact that their level of understanding has reduce. I would suggest you without knowing the whole fact don't try to advice . Also I said in a playful way and my students love me fyi. You have any further disagreement feel free to attend my session or you can talk to me. I would love to chat about the current situation , the problem the kids are facing and how the education system is lacking behind in developing the kids 😊

Jaby I have just passed my class 12 and I have studied my whole class 11 and 12 from physics wallah alakh pandey sir 18:22 . He started just from a 500 ruppes board and 50 ruppees board marker and now he is the owner of billion dollar company just in the period of 3 years, that how great he is 😇. One of the best teachers in india

@@claramcavoy actually the idea behind teachers doing fun activities and speaking poetries in class is just to make students feel relaxed and poetries really help students stay motivated and keeping them stay away from distractions, most of the part in slayypoint video was wrong it will do nothing but create feeling of disrespect in students mind :)

When i was in school. The biggest joy we had was we were given 2 periods of 45 minutes for playing in grounds. We played football and i ran track too. We needed to qualify for sports day. All of us would try to really hard to qualify because we would get out of classes to practice where we would practice for some time then the coaches would go after practice and you could play any sport. We would've a sports day anually and those who managed to qualify compete in different track events in front of whole schools. If you were in sports you were cool and popular in school. When we got home we would then ride on bicycles to cricket ground and play till it was dark. What enjoyment we had.
Respected Manish Raj sir is one of the best physics teacher. He does hard work for his students. MR star is one of the best things to simplify hard equations. And students are excited about his teaching style.

Haven't taught in an online coaching yet so don't know their work pressure. But as a teacher in regular and online classes teaching is NOT limited to just 8 hours. One has teach in school all day non stop, deal with parents, fellow staff and management. Then come home to check the work, prepare tests, fill out information registers. THEN also prepare for next days classes.
Not just this, even in regular classes parents or managements demand teachers to present PPTs and what not every other day to make the class super interactive. AND then teachers are also supposed to help with and indulge in all kinds of extra curricular activities and competitions and prepare students for the same.
I love teaching but becoming a teacher is super exhausting. Especially when pay scales are nothing compared to the work we put in.
Not aiming to achieve anything with this rant but i hope people realise, respect and recognise efforts of those teachers who work hard. Because very easily people say teaching job is the easiest and is nothing. Along with ungrateful kids we deal with.
Giving entrance exams right now in India is so hard that you will cry in depression even most basic entrance exams are so though that you have to study for 6 to 10 hours and if you are giving jee and neet forget about sleep that's why attending 2 hours long class with poker face is so difficult these Little moments keeps our depressing mindset away it's remedy . Believe me the pressure this time is so high that it's difficult to even have a smile.

16:59 just for a information jaby in india teacher's work 9 hrs a day and students study for 8 hrs a day so it is really stressing for both of them (the timings i said are the timings for 6th to 9th grade from 1st to 5th it is 7 hours a day)
