This is so amazing scene, Phia Saban steals the show. She is seeing all the story of the Dance in her dreams. The end of the war, that she will never meet Aegon again, but at least she can see him succeed and return to place where she just stand now with Aemond. And that makes her happy, because Helaena probably liked Aegon in a way. She also see Rhaenyra will became monster next season and that monster will cost her death, but accept the terms, because avoid it wouldn't change anything. And that her death will ultimately bring defeat of Rhaenyra, death of Dreamfyre and other dragons and victory of her husband/brother. All that you could imagine said in that little smirk in her eyes, Phia Saban is queen of acting.
When she say “ I saw it” he knows she is telling the truth he also knows his family have the gift of ‘dragon dreams’ and his sister Helaena is the one who has it so he does not like it but his fate is sealed.

Wow, Haleana giving off real Cassandra of Troy vibes……..😅😦👁️
She is Cassandra of Troy. That’s exactly who she is. Minus the rape part
The writers have confirmed that Cassandra of Troy was one of Helaena’s inspirations in this show.

She should have never told him that. Now Aemond will plan to take them all with him.
It wouldn’t change anything, in fact, it will most likely only make it more certain, Aemond sealed his own fate the moment he chose to seal Luke’s.
