Saw the entire performance broadcas on June 20, 2011 at local cinema, have to say NPH brought me tears.
Company opened on Broadway on April 26, 1970 at the Alvin Theatre, where it ran for 705 performances and seven previews - Zábava
I wish they would have made a soundtrack with this cast!

They should have. No offense to the other ones but the past casts don’t sound as good as this one in my opinion.
@@PS-DLMA They only performed this for three nights - it was a concert production so it's a lil different. No time to record a soundtrack.

@@65minimom The original choreography featured tap dancing, you can even hear it in the OBC recording. Here is a video of the original cast in concert performing Side by Side with the original choreography by Michael Bennett, adjusted for their ages, obviously.

adding in Bobbys girlfriends just threw the balance of the stage off. you can see Jon Cryer trying to reposition himself because of this. Also, did anyone think the tall girlfriend (forgot her name) seemed a bit too try hard in this show?
