Donnie comes across such a nice and humble guy. Hes appreciated the second chances given in his career as a actor which hes really good at. Blue bloods is such a great show.👏

He loves to mention how, just as the New Kids were forming back in the 80s, his dad told him, "If you make it big in the world, and you come back, and you've changed, I'm going to kick your a**." He carries those words with him to keep him grounded, even though Don Sr. passed away several years ago.

I'm a big fan of Mark, but Donnie is my favorite Wahlberg!!! He just seems like a nice and down to earth guy!!! Blue bloods is one of my favorite shows!!! Love it! Watch it every week!
It took me years to understand that it actually was Donnie who played the disturbed boy in the beginning of "The Sixth Sense"
There would be no Mark without Donnie. That first Marky Mark record was spose to be Donnie's solo record but instead he gave those songs to mark and started his career. Donnie brought that family out of poverty and now everyone of them is at least a millionaire

I remember watching one of the NKOTB videos - I don't remember which one - and someone commented, "Wow, dude from Blue Bloods can sing!" I responded that my reaction was the opposite. "Wow, Donnie from New Kids can act!" Lol
Blue Bloods is a totally awesome show! From a "fantasy" standpoint, I wish my Family were more like the Reagan's!

He really is a sweet man. I liked watching my burgers and I really got formed a picture of them all. Mark the Control freak, Paul the worrywart, and Donnie the fun guy and practical joker. He really is cute. And you really have to love their mother Alma, without whom none of them would be who they are today.
I really like all the Wahlberg family. I’m 1 of 7 kids and growing up was rough financially for my family so I get it. Much love to all.

I see Donnie Wahlberg blueblood character as Joe Leland, The Detective, played by Frank Sinatra. I just love the N.Y. accent. Perhaps there will be a remake of the old 1966 series. He would be a good fit.

Chris L That's a very lazy statement. I'm a Democrat and I love Blue Bloods. Great cast, great writing, I love the blend of police & legal procedure with love of family meshed together. It ain't The Waltons but the Reagans love each other to pieces week after week. Very beautiful to see it.

+Khris L Well one of my closest friends was NYPD for 20 years and he's a liberal like me. We both love Bernie Sanders. We disagree on stop & frisk which Blue Bloods has discussed on the show but he & I agree on everything else. What I like about most about Blue Bloods is that it talks about the importance of family within the police force & at home. I also like that the dialogue is so well written that both liberals & conservatives can get something out of the show each week.
OK...wow....I stopped watching after he said he works 5 days a week, "sometimes up to 16 hours a day." and then said he has to work 8 months out of a year??? I have not watched the rest but honestly???? OUR military works on a regular basis for at least 12 hours a day while not in combat. Sometimes they have to work 7 days a week up to 18 hours or more a day. away from their families for a year at a time or more. That doesn't even include time away TDY or the field when the are home. And wives deal with it...they survive. So do the children. And the soldiers don't complain.
+karjab40 So what you are saying is that because certain people chose to commit their lives to working 18 hours a day, 7 days a week and be away from their families for 12 months at a time in the military for which we are all grateful, that no one else is has the right to complain about work, long hours, time away from loved ones and just be grateful that that is all they are doing? Do you know how ridiculous that sounds? I had to spend 3 weeks away from my family for work and missed them like crazy, but according to you, i have no right feel sad about that. It doesn't work like that, grow up.
+karjab40 I don't think comparing him to a soldier is fair. He wasn't complaining, he was explaining what he does for a living. It's a tough job. I hate when people do that.
