I’m from Spain I often cook tortilla de patatas. The omelette in the oven that you made it’s not the same recipe that makes in Spain, same ingredients but no the same process and presentation. Your dish looks incredible amazing by the way and so yumi. Beautiful presentation.

Well done chef, it’s magnificent! everything is perfect in your family, congratulations. I didn't know this way of making the omelette, I put all the raw spices, garlic, onions, salt, pepper, chopped parsley, grated cheese and a little baking soda. I also add either ham or sausages. You have to know how to cook the potato slices, quite often they are not cooked well! But you know how to do it, well done! Grace and peace to you🙏🙏🙏
