      My take on this is that it's a labor of love for background/landscape artist, and worth it in the long-term if it makes the specific animation standout. Just think about the iconic Hokage Rushmore from Naruto! ☝🏾

    I like how you work the environment one subject at a time. A lot of artist like to lay down all the shaped first. I think working bit by bit allows for more creative freedom and accuracy in perspective drawing

    I love the trick for the cast shadows in the bikes and poles! Drawing over the original and then stretching them out to match the light direction. Awesome work!

      It's both practice and tooling, Procreate has a built in Perspective tool that is really really helpful

      Thank you so much! This is actually a big canvas cause I wanted to print a poster out if it. So I painted with a canvas 6k px wide

      @@coolmemes7565 Sure, I used Procreate and the bruushes are all default, I mainly used the round brush in the painting folder

      I always keep the line and I paint on top of some parts, some little parts of the line i don't even bother covering, and I just keep them 😊

      Of course it is, depending on the medium you can make a sketch in order to decide what technique to use. For example with water colour you might want to study how to leave the white space for the light beforehand

      in Procreate you can set up the perspective with the drawing assistant tool and tick the option where your lines now follow the guide

    How many layers did you use? Did you keep layers for the foreground, midground and back??
    Also what brushes did you use?

      It was a lot of layers, like 20. But I end up merging into a few going forward, layers count it's not that relevant it really depends how's your work process and what you're comfortable with.
      The brush I used are the default Procreate brushes: round brush, airbrush and the 6b pencil!

    Hi at 4:04, after you paint in the overall gradient. What type of layer do you use to paint on top of it? Is it overlay or just normal? I'm having trouble matching objects color with overall painting color. Thank you

      It depends on what I'm doing! If I am able to eyeball the colour I want I just use a normal layer otherwise I take advantage of the blending modes
