BORNEO 2022 Part 1 - Adventure in Malaysian Borneo: Sandakan, Turtle Islands, Kinabatangan River

We made a 2,5 weeks trip to Sabah in Malaysian Borneo in December 2022. First we flied to Sandakan and visited on Pulau Berhala island and in Turtle Islands National park. Then we went to Sepilok and visited the Orangutan rahabilitation centre and Rainforest discovery centre. After that we spent two nights in the jungle along Kinabatangan river. This video contains these destinations and in the next one will include our adventures in Semporna & Tun Sakaran marine park and Kuala Lumpur.

A pity..there is too much garbage. Pulau Berhala. This is a very beautiful place. Look at those cliffs. That is iconic. Common Ministry of Tourism and The Sandakan Municipal Council. Check this place out. A lot of activities can be done here. First, clean up the garbage. What a shame! Please do not get offended because I am just saying what is obviously lacking of civic consciousness and undisciplined habit of throwing empty bottles and all sorts of garbage into the sea.
