I do enjoy a wide array of music, and I’m finding it hard to keep my mandolin practice focused because of it. My summer goal is to focus on fiddle tunes, but I’ve just scratched the surface of jazz and now I’m obsessed with Don Stiernberg playing Django Reinhardt 🙄🎵🎶 Your jazz licks book has been really helpful, BTW

I don’t know of a new videos with Don, but a few of his I’ve been listening to lately are Nuages (it’s a few years old), a Django medley, and then a super jazzed-out version Ol’ Joe Clark with Don, Dave Grisman and Andy Statman.
