Just a bit of information but "Solo" wasn't Polish people's choice. The whole NF was rigged in favor of Blanka. The dancers in her live performance were hired by one of the juries who is a dance studio owner, she is a friend of another juror's son, the jury tanked the televote favorite, TVP never released the actual points, Blanka made some gaslighting Instagrap posts and liked comments insulting Ochman and the NF's favorite, Jann. This is such a shame and I really hope no one will support her.
Edgar song is so multilayered it blows my mind. Yes, it is a critique of ghostwriting, but also references the fact that at a rate of 0.003 cents per stream, the artist will ended up saying "give me 2 years and your dinner will be free, gas station champagne is on me..". "O MIO PADRE, THERE'S A GHOST IN MY BODY.. OOOhh OOHhh OOOOO" will become a meme, just watch and see!

Smashing out these videos! San Marino is interesting, they had quite a few good options (I mean they had like 100 songs to choose from!) but this isn’t it 😬 they’re revamping so who knows! Austria I’m absolutely loving, such a deep message disguised in a bop - intrigued to see the staging! Switzerland I quite like, what a voice
If you had competed in San Marino this year, I think you could have won it.
I kinda expected you to watch the Poland live version tbh... It was a mess 😂. But I agree it's boring.
I heard San Marino is doing a revamp of the song, I am curious what they going to do with it. I like his voice tbh, but the song is just meh for me.
Really like Lithuania's song, I think it's one of my top 10 🤔 but I have always rooting for them to do well so maybe I have a bit of bias 😅.
Oh and Austria is a fun fun song, really catchy and the meaning behind it is also interesting. Fun and catchy with deeper meaning, what more would you ask for 😂.

Now, as far as Poland goes, you REALLY need to look up her live performance, and not a massively manipulated music video. Aaron, you especially will be aghast at how she cannot carry a tune in a bucket.. with 3 handles, and someone else doing the lifting.
The situation that went down with this so-called National Final "competition" will live in ESC infamy permanently, and it will be at LEAST 10 years before people stop referencing it every single year. It puts to shame any previous national selection scandal in ESC history.
The first Red Flag was TVP suddenly changing the rules for the final selection process, mere days before the final, from pure televote to suddenly having this surprise Jury have 50% of the power (but ultimately, given that it voted AFTER the televote was known, it had 100% of the power) has created outrage to say the least.
Second, the unethical/immoral manipulation of the jury members themselves. The ironic tragedy of having the woman (Edyta Gorniak) who was Poland's first (and to date highest placed) entry also being the major mover behind this disgrace is just heartbreaking. She is ON RECORD as making comments about Jann being "demonic" and that she couldn't "in good conscience" vote for him. Her bigotry about his perceived orientation is abhorrent -- he must be judged on the performance alone, her personal religious bias be damned. Also there is clearly some form of intimate relationship between Blanka and Edyta's son. Lastly Blanka's choreographer was a jury member. Apparently TVP has never heard of fair play or conflict of interest.
I don't truly blame Blanka herself, SHE didn't force Edyta or other Jury members to willingly violate any semblance of impartiality etc. They permanently stained themselves with disgrace of their own free will.
But in the end, the worst reality is that SHE CANNOT SING WORTH A DAMN in a live performance, and many Poles have now publicly said so... based on other things than just this competition. If the jury was gonna commit such gross misconduct they could have at least made up the previous slight to Alicja, from when she wasn't auto-sent in 2021, to make up for 2020, and at least SHE is a proven live performer.
You should actually also blame Blanka, she knew about the manipulation, she was part of it, her Instagram post made it even worse for her. And the fact that she liked derogatory comments, saying that people like Ochman or Jann are from the gutters, or even one using the f-slur is enough to say she's not better than TVP.
