EGYPT: MOSES MOUNTAIN & ST KATHERINE MONASTERY. Whay to see in Sinai?

A trip to the biblical Mount of Moses and the oldest continuously inhabited monastery in the world. In this vlog you will get to know the mysterious and less obvious side of Egypt, and you will see an amazing sunrise among the mountain scenery of the Sinai peaks.
Sinai is not only seaside resorts such as Sharm el Sheikh or Dahab, and Egypt is not only ancient pyramids and pharaonic tombs. On the Sinai Peninsula there is the Mount of Moses, where God gave the prophet the Ten Commandments. At the foot of the mountain, in the place of the biblical burning bush from which God spoke to Moses, the monastery of St. Catherine is located. The monastery has been continuously inhabited since the 6th century and there are the relics of this one of the first Christian martyr.
What does climbing one of the highest peaks in Egypt look like, what is worth to take into account and how to prepare for the expedition? Is this trip for everyone, how long does it take and what to expect? What is the history of these places? I'll talk about that in this video.

To nie legenda , to Święta Księga Chrześcijan i Żydów, Klasztor Św. Katarzyny to jeden najstarszych zabytków chrześcijaństwa - ignorancja razi.

To prawda, chodziło tutaj o fakt, że nie wiadomo gdzie dokładnie znajduje się biblijna Góra Mojżesza, ani w którym miejscu znajdował się krzew gorejący. Nie ma 100% pewności co do obu lokalizacji, lecz wg tradycji przyjęto te, które pokazałem i z tego względu mówię o nich w formie legendarnej.

@@SebastianSlusarz Istnieją aktualnie trzy lokalizacje, które bierze się pod uwagę przy określeniu gdzie znajduje się "prawdziwa" góra Mojżesza, i jest nią ta na Synaju, saudyjska Jabal al Lawz, albo położona na pustyni Negew Jabal Karkoum. To prawda, że ostatnimi czasy najbardziej bada się tą w Arabii (m. in. przez to że kraj ten otwiera się na zachód i jest to ogromny potencjał turystyczny) i istnieje duże prawdopodobieństwo, że to właśnie ona jest rzeczywiście górą Mojżesza, jednak nie jest to na 100% pewne. Przez ostatnie kilkanaście wieków, to góra na Synaju była uznawana za właściwą górę proroka i tak się przyjęło.
