I am honestly really enjoying the little stats sheets at the end of the videos. I know he's been doing them for a while but I just now started to realize how much I like being able to see the statistics after your session with the weapon

If you use it with a solar warlock ignition build or with titan you can get some great ad clear with it in pve

@@xniaj nah he's right, I've been using it for the past few days the hipfire reticle and pellet spread for the stasis shot is a triangle, then it shifts to a circle for the solar shot

4:45, so the thing is, the freeze activates on landing enough pellets. But in PvP, landing enough pellets generally kills them, plus there's not enough people nearby for you to notice the freeze. The same goes for the ignition explosion. The perk is considerably more visible in PvE, but its still a fun gun to use in PvP regardless

Ohhhh Sir D! The reticles change depending on the shit loaded and you can tell if it’s a solar shot or a stasis shot loaded by looking at the icon at the bottom. Drastically changes the way you can play with it. Knowing whether you have a freeze or ignition shot
Nothing gives me more great pleasure than watching SirD dominate in the crucible with non crucible weapons.
Hey sir d if you use stasis lock with a certain fragments you can chain the stasis part of the shot gun to other players around the target you kill

Just got mine yesterday on my 7th run. Such an awesome gun :)
I think it's better to use stasis warlock and use ice flair bolts. Killing a target with the stasis round should spawn seekers that will freeze enemies allowing you to chain kills. The frozen enemy is vulnerable to a nice solar slug to causing them to explode. Arguably the best choice is stasis lock.
It's pretty good with shadebinder for freezing an extra target or two with iceflare bolts

Funny thing is that based on what element you're using it has different pellet spread, stasis=triangle solar=circle that's why it was inconsistent

The Ron raid exotic can only drop potentially once per character per week. It will have a pinnacle on the raid that means it can drop. Do not do what I did and get 15 clears and only 4 of them actually had a chance of dropping it. Which was the only reason I was doing the raid anyway. There are triumphs that can increase the drop chance so I’d recommend doing that or this could take weeks to actually get. Good luck getting this shotty it’s really cool, I just want to grapple and shotgun like doom eternal in this game

@@cryptixzz1 that was the second week, so I already did three first week and 1 the next. I’m at 6 now that had a chance and it still hasn’t dropped
Ive been rocking this thing in Iron banana and it shreds through teams on point - The 1 ammo per brick is a lifesaver for me too as the solar imo is so much more consistent and the ignite proc is so useful

The perk always activates thing is it stasis shatters on kill which is good for stasis warlock and the the ignition is more noticeable since it is an explosion, you probably didn’t notice since it’s after a kill

I've jumped into titan bubbles and barrel stuffed people with the Stasis round and just punched them while they were frozen, right through their overshield. It's very fun
Dris when the you have stasis on the gun the gun shoots the pellets in a triangle like the darkness when it’s solar the pellets fire like a circle like the traveler so depending on how far you are and which element it’s on is what activates the perk…ik it’s a lot

For some reason it doesn’t tell you but both element modes have different pellet spreads. Stasis = triangle spread. Solar = circle spread
Thing is if you land most of the pellets you’re probably gonna kill them

People say it's bad in pvp because the low range. However they always forget one thing. The secondary purpose of special is killing supers.

The things drop rate is cracked as hell I've gotten it to drop twice and I've yet to see a run not drop it at all
for me this was the weapon that made me go back to using the warlock stasis super! super fun 😂 i've developed a build that i can't wait to bring to the osiris trials🌚 ahh little spoiler kills activate stasis and solar natures ! for example with the sorcerer's stasis, after making a kill, I created the stasis trail that froze nearby enemies.( I leave the recipe here: nature: burst of freezing bolts, glacial impulse / fragments: whisper of the chains, whisper of captivity, whisper of the fragments and whisper of torment)

I was lucky as hell and got it day one, and man it is deceptively good for PvP (even if I cheat with ophidians)
I got this gun last night. First thing I did was bring it into pvp because it sounded funny. First game had a triple kill because of ignition. Second game I nuked a bubble. It is my new fav exotic and I do not intend to ever take it off
i got it on my first run, used up all of my luck for the year
I remember playing a game with ya a while back (not knowing you were them) and laughed at the name "About6penguins"
Maybe if you were any closer than 3 to 5 business days worth of distance from an opponent you could proc the freeze or ignition. It seemed like you misunderstood what the Paracausal Pellets description means when you reworded it to "maybe a few". Most of the pellets have to hit the opponent to freeze or ignite, and besides that one lucky moment when it worked, the pellet spread is way too much for that to happen at longer range.
i find that conditional consistently kills them before the effect activates
This shotgun fucks on any champion and major and even some bosses
