Well it was mostly my subconscious that followed this meditation...i was out of it, soundly, from early on. I awoke feeling as though I was wandering on a shoreline, and that the tide had come in and gone back out while i wasn't aware, washing everything clean...thank you, a lovely feeling of cleansing and renewing 🤍
