    The sad reality is parents have no care about mental health and they just think that it's easy to recover from that, but that's not what we think about it and how it should be.

    when I told my parents abt my mental health they just told me that " its nonsense", or "she is acting again", or "you're just crazy we need to put you in a mental hospital"

    Its really simple....people with power abuse their power against those who are powerless against them or depend on them. An example of this is an abusive elder towards a child who knows no better but to obey. Also alot of times people who are abusive try to pose as innocent or harmless or even helpful, in order to be undetectable in their ulterior motives and intentions.
