DTI/DOH should do its job asap. Direct the manufacturers, producers, suppliers of mask and alcohol to mass produce and constantly resupply wholesalers/ retailers and direct stores to set reasonable limits of purchases per person.
Long shelf life food should be prioritized like canned goods, dried fish, oatmeals, noodles, crackers, etc for food stocking of the people so they dont have to go out often.
DOH/LGU should direct all public transport to ensure that masks are worn and hands sanitized before and even after boarding.

During these days we have more time with our family due to this virus, some quit from their jobs, schools were suspended and some company were temporarily closed as a result we have more time with our family, people also stopped travelling, therefore the land, the air, and ocean has it's time to rest, the community is less polluted because people are forced to stay indoor. This situation taught us to value our health as it appears that even kids nowadays were abusing their body.
This virus came to make us realize valuable things in life like reconnection and also a warning. Maybe this pandemic situation is a way for the Earth to rest for a while.

but the infection started from the outside. if you listen to the video, the 4th case, a Filipino, came from Japan and obviously did not have any contact with the Chinese woman you mentioned. the other cases have different starting point.
If you watch the video, the Filipino that came from Japan was at a later date, Feb 25 to be exact.
