In this video we explore Reincarnation as a device to tell a story that includes The Anti-Vaxxers Movement and shows how silly it really is. Try to see it as a laugh. Don't wait, vaccinate.
At the Weigh Station of limbo between life and death, our souls get to reenter the world of the living to start over. We learn why this process keeps occurring and maybe learn a little bit about ourselves in the process.
Reincarnation is the philosophical or religious concept that an aspect of a living being starts a new life in a different physical body or form after each biological death. It is also called rebirth or transmigration, and is a part of the Saṃsāra doctrine of cyclic existence. It is a central tenet of all major Indian religions, namely Jainism, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Sikhism. The idea of reincarnation is found in many ancient cultures, and a belief in rebirth/metempsychosis was held by Greek historic figures, such as Pythagoras, Socrates, and Plato. It is also a common belief of various ancient and modern religions such as Spiritism, Theosophy, and Eckankar, and is found as well in many tribal societies around the world, in places such as Australia, East Asia, Siberia, and South America.
Although the majority of denominations within the Abrahamic religions of Christianity, and Islam do not believe that individuals reincarnate, particular groups within these religions do refer to reincarnation; these groups include the mainstream historical and contemporary followers of Kabbalah, the Cathars, Alawites, the Druze, and the Rosicrucians. The historical relations between these sects and the beliefs about reincarnation that were characteristic of Neoplatonism, Orphism, Hermeticism, Manicheanism, and Gnosticism of the Roman era as well as the Indian religions have been the subject of recent scholarly research. Unity Church and its founder Charles Fillmore teach reincarnation.
In recent decades, many Europeans and North Americans have developed an interest in reincarnation, and many contemporary works mention it.

I've been the thinking that one of the main issues is the social vs individual view of society (society itself literally being social oddly enough) and with so many people following the individualistic mindset, it makes it much easier for them to simply not care about others (self-responsibility and all that), whereas, immunizations for example ARE a social responsibility and therefore at odds with the individualistic mindset. Same with healthcare /taxation in general. I am very 'social' (social-democrat, whatever you wanna call it) and don't mind paying taxes for healthcare, immunizations, education, government, defense etc, because I know it all benefits me and my family anyway and makes a safer society for ME as an individual too.

The problem with anti-vaxers is that they don’t just put themselves and their children at risk, but also others... Like people who have weak immune systems. They don’t realise that they could be killing not only their family but also other people. It’s so frustrating and ridiculous we have to deal with this issue in 2019! Dude thanks a lot for this. I have FSGS, a kidney disease. Because of this I take medicine that leaves me with virtually no immune system. Even with 70% effective vaccination for whooping cough I still got sick, someone coughed on me at school, in the face. This bold statement against anti-vaxxers make me proud. Actually as an anti-vaxxer(not activist) I don't mind one bit. If someone does something stupid with their body like getting freaky body modifications why would I be triggered? I'm just saying you shouldn't and that's that. A lot of provaxxers saying antivaxxers are triggered and fuming but I only see pretentious and condescending provaxx echochambers. Where I draw the line is when you legally force people and their children to inject things they don't want, sometimes even going as far as hiding it and doing it in secret without any mention or communication with the parents.

On a serious note I don't think any(at least most) anti-vaxxers claim that vaccinations don't save lives. That statement is technically correct. But if that is all the factors we need to consider than we should also ban vehicles, pesticides, chairs etc. There are many factors to consider and simply doing what is safest for the weakest people(like those with weak immune systems) isn't the answer. It's a simple one and people will pat you on the back but it's not the "pretty smart" one.

It's not that bad. Due to my age and job, I never get flu shots, but my wife does every year. As I get older I will start taking them because I fall into range where it is more important for me. My wife works at a school so she gets hit by runny noses and sneezes all day. It pays to get your flu shot, LOL.
