Curious about is CBD oil. Is cbd oil bad? Does it count as a seed oil since it’s hemp seed oil? People say it’s anti inflammatory and yet Paul says seed oils ARE inflammatory. Should I consume it or stop???
Hey paul, have a dumb question. Heard in the video you said beet greens are also something to take out your diet, but are beet capsules bad for you? Take them in the morning to help me with my workout
Thank you Paul! Your videos have helped me change my fathers life. He was going through some really bad sciatic pain that put him completely out of work (he works construction). I had him cut out all the sugars and processed foods and I started him on a strict organic chicken and bone broth soup diet for a couple of weeks, and it literally completely healed him. He was back to hanging Sheetrock within that same month.
Curious about is CBD oil. Is cbd oil bad? Does it count as a seed oil since it’s hemp seed oil? People say it’s anti inflammatory and yet Paul says seed oils ARE inflammatory. Should I consume it or stop???
Thank you for opening my eyes Paul, I was doing keto and failing, having the same electrolyte issues and never lost a pound... I have reintroduced carbs and my glucose is fine...normal spikes and no more cramping or exhaustion. It does give you a form of insulin resistance when you go complete keto... I did it for years... I have autoimmune issues as well.. I would get rashes, painful joints and migraines and have removed various foods over the years... I eat very similar to you. So glad I can eat fruit and natural sugars again!
This is so awesome to hear, and I hear these types of stories a lot. There's no doubt in my mind that carbohydrates help with electrolyte maintenance, as seen from our anecdotes. Thanks for sharing!

Love to see like an Aldi and/or Vons grocery haul. Like a major chain that most of us are stuck going to. I've been one month on your animal based way and my energy is constant and overall feeling better.
On carnivore I used to get leg cramps while sleeping all the time no matter how much sodium or magnesium I had. After adding in fruit I have had no more cramps
He’s really improved his videos. I like the added notes and give more options as well as going in detail. Have been really enjoying these grocery haul videos.
I've been eating a meat and fruit diet for some time now. It's unbelievable how good, almost euphoric, I feel. I keep wondering when I'll crash, as that is what I was used to. Feel good when eating a bunch of shit, then crash. But this feeling is consistent. I love it. My workouts have gone through the roof too. So much energy to exercise and I build muscle consistently and don't feel fatigued. It did need some getting used to, when transitioning from a more standard Western diet, but it is well worth it. Thanks Paul! Edit: also my mood. It has improved vastly. I am prone to depression and anxiety and although I still have my bad moments, it has improved significantly, both in lessening of frequency and intensity of the episodes.
For the anxiety and depression, consider doing meat only weeks to see if that positively impacts you, or drastically reducing the sugar intake from fruit. Some people have seen great improvements doing that
Even though I've never seen hand soap in your kitchen/bathroom, could be interesting seeing you do a household shopping video/chatting about what to avoid/what's best. "Don't use this mop, try this instead..."
Owners of Porscheless-Porsches unite! 🤣 Great analogy - I've thought for years how curious and funny it is that vegans recreate "meat" to eat vs just enjoying their plants as plants.
I love how you explain everything and go into depth so we know why we shouldn’t be eating these things, you’ve changed my view on food for the better and I’m forever thankful I found your consent🥰
This is awesome! I was at T Joes just yesterday and picked up some plantain chips, and read the labels, all but one had seed oils! I found one with palm oil, I see it’s not that great so I might dehydrate plantains myself next time. I put goat cheese and honey on them … yum!!
I don't eat plantain chips anymore, as my diet is more meat based these days. But back when I was I would eat this brand called Barnana. They make their chips with coconut oil and either himalayan pink salt or sea salt.
I went carnivore Oct 2023 but instinctively never gave up fruit. I have lost the weight I desired and feel great. It’s nice to know I’m in good company. I know many carnivores won’t agree but it works for me and I reserve the right to continue to modify and tweak as necessary for my optimal health.
Thanks Paul, very simple, helpful, and informative. I shop at Sprouts all the time here in Southern California. They actually have raw farms milk, cream, cheese, butter, and kefir there from the place you visited on the podcast raw milk farm. I was stoked to see it there! Been buying all the products. A little pricey but worth it! Looking forward to your next grocery haul at Sprouts, hopefully!
Eat them if you're thriving. And cook the crap out of them if you're going to eat them. Honestly they're not the worst things in the world - if you swap processed foods for veggies and real, whole foods, you're winning. I only say to avoid veggies for those struggling with autoimmune issues, as I've seen so many people IMPROVE or RESOLVE their conditions through a strict elimination diet of removing vegetables...
@@Paulsaladinomd I absolutely agree here… not the worst thing in the world for the average person especially considering the poison that the average person ingests every single day. Although for others, they cause a lot of harm. For example, my mother has Crohns disease and vegetables cause her a TON of inflammation…. one time to the point where it caused her intestines to rupture leading to serious surgery and a colostomy bag for almost a year 😷
Thank you Dr Saladino - I find that I'm already eating a very similar diet to yours but now thanks to you I'm going to add locally produced raw honey to my diet
Hey paul what do you recommend for someone performing high intensity resistance training? I normally would consume grains so I had a higher carbohydrate load day to day meaning feeling more full. Now even though I consume fruit and honey I’m feeling more flat. Do I double my dose of fruit and honey?
Thanks for this video. I live near and love TJ. Something I noticed is that the non-organic pastured eggs have a richer yolk which to me signifies a healthier egg. Wonder if the organic/non-organic for pastured means added feed or is the grass sprayed with chemicals?

I recently started going back there on occasion and was so discouraged reading all the labels on things I used to buy. I actually started going back for my dogs because I like the goat milk yogurt and freeze dried raw chicken strips for them. I love this grocery shopping video. Your diet is similar to mine, although I only go for three types of fruits: bananas, avocados and very occasionally oranges. I am big on honey in my milk or tea. The rest of my meal is beef or lamb majorly and organs once a week. Thank you.

Thank you Paul. You have changed my life and inspired me to eat better. Been following your diet for approximately 4 months so far (still have to fix some things) but it’s going great.
Hi Paul we have just started watching your videos and we are really enjoying them. What do you think of organic porridge oats? I have a very energetic job and I eat it on a Morning to keep me going through the day x

I devour it by the gallon mainly bc I’ve heard other men talk about kidney stones and they never say anything good about them. Tastes great too. Thanks for sharing, that other guy had me taking around 40 pills before lunch 😂

I would love to switch to a diet like this but I’m currently facing a systemic Candida infection which is fungal driven and I can’t have any sugars, starches, or gluten and should try to be as low carb as possible. What are your thoughts on a situation like that? Just curious
Every TJ’s store I have been in reflect an anxious, intense shopping experience. Complete chaos. The vegetables go bad within a day or two. Cars in parking lots scream “shop local” and TJs is anything but local. Appreciate your info!
I might be wrong about this, but i strongly believe that store bought fruit of any kind is crap. Because most of the fruit in the store are harvest when they are not ripe, so technically the tree does not want you to eat them yet. I strongly believe there is something missing or something that should not be there in pre harvest fruit, even if it ripens naturally on your counter at home. Fruit is a seasonal food that should be harvest and eating fresh from the tree when the time is right.
Wait, I am so confused... On the website and the AB30 chart it says raspberries are a good food to eat. But in this it's under high oxalate foods to avoid..... So is it okay to eat or not?
