Thank you for having us Chelsea!
Thank YOU! You have no idea how appreciative I am for the experience
@@attention2detailswchelsea now you have more knowledge Chelsea
@@tucksmith8300Chelsea is extremely knowledgeable.
I thought you were québécois based on the name but the plate confirmed it 😂😂
So happy that Ivan blessed you with his detailing expertise. He sees in you what we all see. You're top notch with a willingness to improve your skills. Always look forward to watching & learning from your videos. Keep up the great work,
I appreciate that!
Agreed, Chelsea’s definitely one of the best.
Im opening my detail business within the next few months and I intend on using DIY products exclusively, and because of Yvan sharing so much knowledge and technique on using their products both here with you in this series, as well as his own channel, i cant help but feel its gonna be a huge aid in being successful.
I'm blown away how much rinseless can do. I love it.
Great video Chelsea. You are on your way to becoming an industry icon. Keep up the amazing work!
She already is an Icon in the industry.
Lol 😅
Seeing the rinseless interior wash was great. Seeing your video and Pan’s using the diy product has me seriously considering ordering their product. Best part of the video was hearing your child’s giggle 😂 and throwing you under the bus ‘cause then you don’t yell at me’ 😂😂
Love this video and information!!
Thank you
Great video!!
Nice 3 part series 👍😎
Thank you for watching.
Good stuff! Thank you!
Thank you
You're welcome!
Another amazing video. Chelsea thank you for doing this series. You can see how passionate Yvan is about passing on his immense knowledge.
Thanks!
Thank you
Been waiting for this since part 1, let’s go
Thank you
I use ONR for interiors depending on the car. If it’s a maintenance client it works great for dust , leather , glass . I also use it as a drying aid . Works amazing
Great video and process with Yvan , Chelsea always enjoy the content.
Thank you
Thanks!
Using a steamer to melt lift and sterilize dirty old surfaces is a huge help . Ive gotten decent results with simple green as an interior all around cleaner unless need use extractor. Lots of great tips really enjoyed the series 💧🤟 especially the rinseless tips
Excellent work Chelsea. I always enjoy your uploads. I need to begin trying DIY products as a DIYer.
You won’t regret it
Thank you
Thanks!
Thank you so much!!
The 3D Waterless wash works great for me.
Nice. That's the same air pump I use for my 2 gallon sprayer. Nice to know it would work for a keg.
It’s a handy little tool.
I no longer use glass cleaner, thanks to rinse less wash. I wipe my windows inside and out with a rinse less wash solution and buff with a drying towel and get no streaking at all.
The DIY rinseless wash is what I use for my mobile detail company. I use it as an interior cleaner I’ve done all my cars with it, it’s the best. Also my glass cleaner. It’s been great for my business!!
Thank you!
Kudos on having the Great Yvan on channel!
Not great, just old.
@@diydetailofficialLOL, Nonsense Yvan, I have watched you for years and have great respect for you. Besides, at 73 I am much older than you!
You ran circles around me which makes you quite great
@@Knards73 years young!
@@attention2detailswchelseano running involved.
Great for the regular diyer
I used Yvan and Nicks rinseless wash to clean an entire interior on a recent job. The vehicle was hammered and I was blown away by how well the rinseless wash cleaned. I need to try their interior clean and protectant and I'm really interested in their interior ceramic.
Thank you, let us know how you like it.
Have to try that on the inside..i have been using a quick detail spray on my interior for years ..no greasy mess it leaves a factory look on all the interior
Thank you
I would use the rinseless wash on the door jams and the gas door jams as well
Correct
Rinse-less wash on the interior! I never thought of that. I do use it as a pre-wash on the exterior.
It’s a very versatile product
Since getting it I’ve been using diy rinseless wash on interiors for 90% or so of plastics and about half of leather seats. I basically only use my p&s interior cleaner or Kcx pol star on cupholders and super dirty leather.
Today I got to try rinseless with their interior towel and it’s amazing. That towel gets such good agitation with very little effort.
Dude right! I do entire interiors with rinseless
@@massformationpsychosis7681 so much more efficient and I like that I can do glass as I go and not have to come back after
Thank you
I definitely recommend rinseless for glass and make sure its diluted properly and apply to a microfiber applicator wipe on wait a few seconds and wipe off with a high GSM 380+ or the opposite a vary short nap and buff off I've never had to clean glass twice even with smoke film and dog slobber.
Excellent.
Do the 5 yr one👍🏾
I use a 5 litre pressure garden sprayer when I do my rinseless wash, sure speeds up the process
Good tip! I am definitely checking out the detailing keg
Hello Chelsea:
I have cloth seats and spilled some 3m rubbing compound on one. I have tried many cleaners, no luck, still the white residue. Any suggested product or method to get it out.
Thanks
Unfortunately it will be difficult to remove. Try brushing it dry, it will eventually turn to dust. Then clean with a mild APC.
Nice choice on the Veloster Yvan! Should have a little more oomph than the Fiat.
Yes, and a little more space.
I have noticed in some of your previous videos that you have used a bench to clean some taller long vehicles…what kind do recommend for us vertically challenged folks? 😊
I like the gorilla ladders as they are more stable and longer
Ohhh the detail keg blows my electric handheld sprayer out of the water! I have to get me one of those after I pick my jaw off the floor!
I know. I’m getting one now lol
Thank you 😊
@@attention2detailswchelsea i’m jealous and I admit it!
Number 1 tip, stop dragging hoover hoses over door jambs
I think I would opt for the interior cleaner instead of the rinseless so that I can just run through everything once and be done. I'll be honest I was hoping to get more info on efficiency in the sense of what steps to avoid or what to clean first, but I guess that just means the way Chelsea has been teaching us is the right way to do it 👍🏼 Oh and the close up shots of the dirty car before cleaning at the end were 👌🏼👌🏼
Chelsea is a phenomenal detailer, and very efficient.
I also did a video on the order of which I do things a while back if that helps
@@attention2detailswchelsea Yes I saw it. It's a great video. I'll be watching it again to refresh. Thanks!
Can you use the interior ceramic on the interior glass? What about interior tint?
I wouldn’t recommend it on glass or tinted glass
SO did you use rinseless neat on the towel for the glass? or diluted?

this guy gets it ---- " . . . . . so wasteful." (the detailing industry) living in small town here in the midwest & watching utility water prices maintain a steady climb. any detailer must draw their attentions to those products designed to scrutinize wasting resources & efforts. money counts add up in our complex & compounding operating environments. getting fewer products to do more (building integrity) with less demand on external resources should encourage demonstrative promotion.
Great tips and advice. I'm a professional detailer and these products are professional grade. Especially their ceramic coatings.
Definitely great products from a great company
Thank you
How do I dry microfibers in a machine dryer or should I let them hang dry
Dry on low or air dry
@@attention2detailswchelseawhat about drying towels
Standing by....
Thank you
Can use rinse less just 5 days after applying ceramic coat since has beeen raining and the car is very dirty
I'd personally throw a gallon or two of distilled water in a pump sprayer and just rinse it down. You want to avoid any surfactants that you can.
If they don’t have solvents or surfactants in them it should be fine but if it has a solvent or surfactant in it (which most do for lubrication) wait the full 7 days ideally. Water is fine to use after a few hours
Yes after 5 days you are safe to use DIY Detail Rinseless Wash. After the first 2-3 days, the surfactants are no longer a concern, it’s pressure that is.
How about that piano black? What's best for that?
To wash or polish with?
To wash either DIY Detail Rinseless Wash or DIY Detail Interior Clean & Protect
Can DYI products be purchased anywhere else?
You can order it also from diydetail.com. Coupon codes are provided in the video description for both websites
More information on the battery powered pressure washer.
It’s a detailing keg and the email address is provided in the video description to contact Scott to order one for yourself
It’s a really useful and well built tool.
I have light scuff marks on my door sills. How do I remove them?
Try a wet magic eraser (lightly)
I did with a deluded APC but it didn’t remove them.
fantastic video
Thanks!
Thank you
So my question about the interior ceramic…do leather needs to breathable ?? I’ve been wanting to coat my leather but was told it will lock it in forever 🤷♂️.
The DIY Detail Interior Ceramic Coating remains breathable
@@diydetailofficial thanks so much can’t wait to try it
@@kavionebrown4615please let us know your thoughts.
Have you tried p&s Swift?
Yeah… I wasn’t blown away by it. Cleaned so-so and left behind a streakier appearance that if you missed a spot it stood out and I’m not a fan of those types of dressings. Okay for maintenance details but the level of detail cleaning I do I need something that either cleans better or is more natural in appearance. Just my personal preference
@@attention2detailswchelsea Yes it is not a great cleaner but the look it leaves on the dash and other hard surfaces is really nice.
Do you have a video where you remove a chemical odor from cars? I've found that a lot of plastic and leather cleaners leave a strong, unpleasant smell.
Unfortunately I don’t and most of the time that will be naturally released in a vehicle over time. Not much of a way to stop it except to buy a used vehicle
@@attention2detailswchelsea Okay :) Thanks for the help!
Whst typical time and cost forvan interior like this
For a minivan? I rarely do them these days but an interior only I start at $400 for a minivan cause they require so much work and time normally. I just did a minivan the other day inside and out it was $600 and took 8 hrs
Why is shipping from Car Supplies Warehouse so expensive? I was going to try the Clean and Protect, but the shipping was more than the product!!
Unfortunately shipping is expensive. Many companies have included shipping after a certain price.
Some rinseless washes claim to contain a wax of some type; would you really want to use that on fabric?
I use ones that don’t contain wax
You have to tell us which coating it blow out of the water!! 😂 At least a sneaky clue
Let’s just say it could be any…
Most.
Yvan had some good tips through the series some good some questionable.
Thank you
Detailing interiors in a convertible is a lot easier! 😎
I've been using a rinseless wash for interiors for a few years now.
Definitely easier without a roof.
Heh 5 different products? I detail my own 2 cars and i've got like 30 products xD
Ready to roll
Thank you
Let's all just throw away our MJJCs for dirty cars and while we're at it, Yvan can try to sell us his better shaped wheels for our vehicles. Love your channel Chelsea (in my top 5) but I'm not buying into his way.
Just showing A way, there are many ways to enjoy detailing cars. His is efficient and can be faster but sometimes we just like doing it the way that works for us and there’s nothing wrong with that.
