Poor Rock Pigeon. The reality is these Cockatoo's could kill this pigeon very easily with one bite if they so desired. Pigeon's only defense is wing slapping as their bills are too weak too do any damage. I've been in the avian field now for nearly 30yrs having the privilege in working "hands on" with everything from Warblers to Birds of Prey and Budgies to Macaws. Plus i currently own 6 fids of various sizes and species of my own. So i'm FULLY aware of what these larger parrots are capable of. Some having as much as 300lbs biting pressure per square inch. Meaning they can snap a broom stick in half with one bite...!!! That translates too missing small fingers, a paw, or tail of a small dog or kitty. So in other words, NOT too be taken lightly by any means and require A LOT of experience before acquiring a bird of this size.
Talking about cockatoo could bite off a paw of a small dog, is like talking about one human could eat a piece of soap. Well its possible, but kind of ridiculous....
For their means, pigeons are incredibly brave and fearless. In towns competing for food they often ward off jackdaws, gulls and sometimes even a swan gets a nice wing slap from them.
If they really wanted to they could tear each other up, but notice they aren't. I think it's just more curiosity and people that have pet birds No they can be a little invasive without being super aggressive.

Nah bruh, they doo doo everywhere, I've heard cases where young children were exposed to pigeon feces and died a few weeks later from illness. Don't take them lightly, their turds cause fatal diseases, even to fully grown adults.

Macaws aren't stupid anyway they're always ready to fly away if they sense the wrong or sudden movement from humans, and their beak can easily chop off a finger.😁

Those cockatoos can clip off the head of the pigeon as well as their own kind. If I recall theres a common knowledge that birds with different beak types dont get along. Cockatoos are straight assholes anyway..
Most towns and cities along the east coast of Australia have them, less so in heavily developed areas. But even Sydney in places like Manly can still large flocks of them. Cockatoos actually thrive in urban environments.
