Man, this is so friggin tempting! I just want to pack up and go.
DO ITTTTTTTTTT
It really is tempting.
This condo makes me want to pack up now!! Is there anything that matches this in Pattaya Jomtien Beach? I’m visiting Pattaya Jomtien Beach in May of 2024. Any suggestions🏖️
This is great man. Thanks. Saved. I'll be checking out your other videos.
Great to see my older tours still helping people 👌🏻 check out the others when you get time
Hey Rob, really interesting to see the condo and it's a damned cheap!! Really good value at (approx) £365 per month. I don't know if its an optical illusion from the camera but it looked pretty narrow inside the living areas. For the money I'm not expecting something the size of a park, just it looked a little cramped was all and I don't know if it's a lens effect or whether it was actually narrow.
Definitely good to see the condo tours as it really helps see what you can get for your money) but one idea going forward could you maybe show where the building is on a map of Bangkok? That way it would show whereabouts the condo actually is and would help those of us who aren't familiar with the city get our bearings on how far it would be from the city centre.
Good work as always buddy and really good to see your view on things. Happy to see more condo tours in the future as well if you feel the urge to go flat hunt or you could even do comparisons where you do two or three condo tours and highlight the pros and cons based on your experience of what Bangkok has to offer (e.g. proximity to the BTS, tourist hotspots etc).
Thanks for the feedback Pete.. I dunno why I didn’t do the map myself haha will deffo include it in future tours!
The lens didnt to the condo any justice unfortunately.. perhaps I’ll try get some measurements in the future and floor plans if possible
Got a video coming with the same agent of 3 units in the same building.. there a lot of contract with quality and price all in the same building so want to get that across in the video
Nice Condo Tour - enjoyed the format of explaining a little about the surrounding area first
Thanks James.. I’d rather point out some deal breakers if I can.. if you had a car or motorbike then the BTS doesn’t matter so much.. I hope people find it helpful
@@ProjectBangkok thanks :) A couple of suggestions too if you don't mind. Showing a map of Bangkok and talking about the various areas that are good for expats, pros and cons.
Showing co working spaces and what they offer, prices, etc. I haven't seen anyone doing a series around that.
To be honest.. without living or spending quality time in an area I don’t want to compare them so much.. after some time I’ll get to know them all eventually but don’t want to blag my videos just yet haha again the same can be said for co working spaces.. never gone to one in my life.. only thing I could do would be to test them over a period of months. There’s also so many of them it’s hard to know where to start
@@ProjectBangkok That makes perfect sense - thanks for your thoughts Rob and keep up the vids - they're always enjoyable in their own way.
Wow a diamond in the rough .. What a nice location and decent condo for such a affordable price. Look forward to seeing more condo tours mate . Also well done on 3 K your doing a great 👍 job .
Diamond in the rough.. you talking about me or the condo haha bring on 5k next!
@@ProjectBangkok haha… Yes 👍 5 k your on your way mate
Nice condo tour. Nan is a riot. She must have shown us 10 different units that day we ran into her at the other building. Lol
Good condo tour . You wouldn’t never know about these places if it wasn’t for you and other CZcamsrs. Definitely enjoyed this Vlog and looking forward to seeing more condos in your future vlogs .
Thanks a lot! I want to highlight in my next tour the contract of quality and price in the same building also.. can’t judge a book by its cover here that’s for sure
Looking at moving in Bangkok hopefully next year! Can't wait!!!
Best of luck Dave. You will love it
Awesome video, I saw your condo 1 & 2 videos. This one is not the most fancy but it's my favorite based on size, budget, and amenities and it has enough looks to do the trick.
Some of the condos set back from the BTS or MRT are the best to be fair
That is a really decent condo with nice space and great views. The pool isn't bad either. Yeah it's all a little bland, but it's really ok and very nicely priced. I would seriously consider this, especially if I just wanted a place for a year and I would only actually be there a few months here and there.
Chatting with the guys.. we all look at the pools when choosing condos but never end up using them.. it’s really odd
My always favorites areas in Bangkok Ekkamai and Thonglor thanks 🙏🏾 for posting this mate 👊🏾 🤗🤗🤣❤️
Thanks for watching Issa, is there any places of interest you would recommend I check out in the area?
Never occurred to me that big corporates might have a food court - good catch Rob.
I got a video planned for the future to point out all the hidden things in and around the city that you would never ever know about unless someone else told you.. some things you wouldn’t even stumble across there so hidden haha
Turns out nearly all the big corp buildings have there own food courts. Public can usually always access them too
Great presentation! Keep 'em coming 😊👍🏻
Thanks a lot.. more to come 😁
Just bring my cloths !
No no.. only ham and cheese toastie from 7/11
I’d like to find something with windows on both sides so I can have some fresh air. I don’t like living in hotel style with air con all the time
Good move on your part to get a sponsorship deal with the sneaker company to generate some extra income for your videos.
Great video! I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of space in the condo since most units of a similar price is around 30-35 m2.
I would be interested in seeing some of the bigger condos, like perhaps 2-3 bedrooms for families. I'm thinking of moving to Thailand for a year with my (baby) daughter, and I would definitely need some more space than the typical 'expat'. 😂
Yeah I think I have only covered condos good for single people to be fair so bigger places will deffo be coming as well as a few house tours 👍🏻 I’m no real estate agent.. just a guy in love with Thailand and what it has to offer
How about a tour of the newer tall blue residential building next door?
I think it’s an office block
Can you ask Nan how much the price of condos are set to increase? The cheap prices for great facilities is what convinced me to come and visit Thailand but I am worried that those Covid prices will be gone and the great condos for $400 will now be $600 as more international tourists come back. Thanks
I don’t think anybody really knows for the most part.. I expected them to go way up already but they have stayed steady… so much can change from week to month here though.. tourists seem to come and go in waves I have noticed recently
@@ProjectBangkok OK Thanks
Unbeatable price 😱 My friend will never use the bathrobe 😉
Your friend probably wouldn’t use the bathroom
Rather live here than on Sukhumvit use the water taxi or bus or motorbike taxis and save $200 on rent which should easily pay for your food and electricity. This is a very liveable location at a good price 3 years in Bangkok 6 in Thailand.
I wasnt the biggest fan of this building but it deffo has a lot going for it
Amazing , thank you 🙏
You’re welcome 😊
Hi Rob love the videos, can I aks what are the equipment you're using?
Thanks for watching Ian.. you might be surprised to know I use my iPhone 13 Pro.. I have a pro camera but the work flow is 1000x better just using the phone that has amazing image quality.. just goes to show how much gear doesn’t matter. Will be covering this in a future video 👍🏻
@@ProjectBangkok oh wow that's crazy, so many vloggers are using iPhone as their main workhorse nowadays. Keep producing these videos!
did you know.. klong sansaeb is a longest man- made canal in thailand...
I did not know that.. thank you for sharing! Im learning so much about this city each and every day
normal pay for a flat here where I live is about the same but you get a lot more there for sure :D
Yeah I think it’s everything that comes with it to be fair. Wouldn’t get that price in London that’s for sure haha
What is that at @6:28 ? Is that mold?
Interested 😊
You're in!
I did not see anything to cook in the kitchen?
Should probably do some shopping then
Not sure if I missed it but is it pet friendly?
I can’t remember to be honest sorry
What's a BTS
16k baht = $468 in 2023
For the whole of 2023? I think it goes up and down 👍🏻 will be different tomorrow.. the day after.. so on 👍🏻
@@ProjectBangkok i was just dumbing it down for people. But surely you can't make this argument with a straight face when you yourself put a static number in the title in the first place.
It was exactly that when I recorded the video. Next time I’ll put a dynamic number in the static photo
@@ProjectBangkok or maybe just put $440/16k baht.
Thonglor is very trendy but I wouldn't want to live in the area. The only Thai people you see there work in the area but rarely live there . Thonglor feels more like little Japan/Korea.
