I have a singlr speed road bike so there is no sepped clamp on the wheels. So i wonder if theres a way to use trainer or i should go with rollers. Please help me out

The training skewer that came with my trainer doesn't have a little knob at 6 O'clock like urs. So bike hops of the roller???? Is this normal??? I was seriously injured!!
