- It's episode 2 - Jumbi and I make a terrible discovery and opt for a reroll, but quickly find ourselves catching up to and passing our previous points of progress. With a lot of ball breaking and some pvp mixed in, we wrap up this episode by renting a server to test out the raid mechanics before settling on a castle design - and our findings prove dramatic... but those same findings may yet save our skin in the not so distant future.

Love your content dude. Highly recommend trying Chaos bolt, Purgatory, Veil of bones, Heart Strike. If you have a crossbow you can dash, snapshot to land the dash 25% damage amp for 200% damage, then follow up with chaos bolt purgatory. It hurts a lot and you can heal yourself even if they hit back.
You obviously already know but scholar blood is way stronger than anything else. The spell reset blows everything out of the water.
Ceron, I'm going to teach you the best thing you'll know about castle defense. Put 3 Minor Explosives in each of those indented corners. They cannot be damaged through walls without the golem, and you can't fly behind and land on them. :) Trust me!
Also Castle Walls and Castle Doors have the same HP, so you may aswell get rid of all that running left and right because people will just go right through the walls in a straight line. Put all your Servants in kill rooms at the foot of the stairs and at the top of the stairs for the two castles. Have a door at the top castle and a door at the bottom castle that will allow you to jump down off the ledge and through the door to resurrect your first kill room servants when the castle breach timer is over. 9 good servants will rinse any one attempting to enter a 3x3 kill room. I find 3 clerics, 3 lightweavers, 1 Priest or Nun and 2 Riflemen work REALLY well. The riflemen will continue to shoot from a distance, the clerics will spam their charges to the servants putting huge shield buffs on them, healing them and also slowing players. The Lightweavers will be shooting about all over the place putting huge AOE's down that slow and damage and then casting like crazy, doing the teleport casting and generally just messing shit up.
But the explosives in an L shape on those indented parts of the base perimeters will save your life for people trying to batform behind the lines! You'll force them to HAVE to go through the kill rooms to get to your loot. The explosives simply cannot be blown up by anything other than a golem that's already made it's way up there!
Also if you do a straight line to your ramp (and first kill room at the foot of it), you can honeycomb every other bit... which allows you to stash chests in the sides of the lower level, way out the way. Make sure you put explosives on the indents so people can't batform to them sides and scout them, reduce the chance of seeing the boxes. Store your valuables in them and then when you need them, just go in build mode and pull them back up to the base to access what you need. :)

you can place explosives on those little ledges, and as long as they cant get an angle to destroy it, will never be allowed to land on it in bat form or toad form or anything else.

in the server im on i been there since it wiped i have all 3 soul shards and ive learned that tombs are ya best defence fuck servents lol unless there all from silverlight hills max tombs all constantly spawning skeleton bishops like as many as u can always have the resource to make them and u get about 20-30 bishops that all spawn 4 ads each shit gets crazy and raiders are going to die alot trust me test it out :P

These immensely stupid server settings are the DEFAULT which the developers have been adamantly refusing to change since launch, despite being delivered waves of concrete arguments and even data showing just how unhealthy it is for any given server to use them.
Meh, V Rising is just a new overly hyped game that is pretty on the surface but deeper and more you play, the more you realize its just empty game. PvP in this also sucks but thats most of the games with pvp.
This is a Diablo, with world of War craft model rip off.
Except far less entertaining.
Niche game at best.
