the heroic siege defense to make the knights of malta freakin proud. outnumbered 6 to 1 for the most part and eventually 3 to 1 when whatever reinforcements arrived, beleaguered, tired and they brought a ludicrous amount of firepower. and yet our boy fought on ! its really impressive honestly. i wonder how if with a third player on the same location would could set up a third "keep" at the base of the first ramp of entirely unroofed honeycombed walls. also ! a cool trick is using the vermin nests to summon the giant angry rat and just leaving it in an enclosed space that they'll crack open ! like a thrall that costs less and can be created one the raid window starts.

My man sittin there complaining about the sun in his own garden because he never bothered to build a mist brazier. Which you learn how to build with castle heart. Could have kept them from entering, combined with that solid window defense.

Wouldn’t it be much easier to tank shots for the golem with shields and purgatory from a distance? Have someone in front with 2 shield abilities. Then multiple people behind with purgatory and the blood shield would make them nearly unkillable wouldn’t it?

Why were they having such trouble getting through that second door Into the (I think) second castle? Why not build the first like that too?
So I logged into my main server the other night and uh guess what, my clan came to my base while I was offline, left said clan and keyed my heart while they were inside. So I don't really know what to do.
only real issue with these types of games is you cant come off when you want.

Seriously, you just rush into someones castle heart and "dismantle" the whole fucking castle? holy fuck this game in PvP aspect is garbage now even more. One example for how bad the PvP is in this is the 6 man group close to offline raiding two man team castle :'d. Its the same garbage pvp as any other, big groups stomping on small groups. This game might have future with the PvE aspect but the PvP side is fucked.
Have you actually played the game or is this just some random observation? Just asking because before I actually played the game I was on the fence there as well. Early game to mid-late game is as peaceful as you want it to be. By the time keying a castle would be viably worth it your defenses should be stacked to a point where you pretty much have to be afk to lose it. Also the keys have tiers that relate to the castle level so if you're maxed it would take a max tier key. If you have a castle slot open and 3 keys you can just take the castle as well.
That being said you could be a murder hobo from the get go if you wanted and maybe get a key drop and key a castle.
Nothing in the game is so valuable that losing it is really impactful.
