Is this only possible in the Ice form (Dawn of the Death Star)? I tried it multiple times in Dawns Triumph, (max meowster, max para), Palico directly in the middle of the Bombs and Snowman and it will not die. It lands perfectly in the stack once I shoot him from behind and chills there paralyzed until the meowcano is over and it's still kicking
Dawns triumph cannot die before it novas, it needs to nova, its hp will be gated at 10% before then
Dawns Triumph is the "small" Alatreon and its hp locked at some point. after the nova you can kill it.

oh my god I've been racking my brain over why it just isn't dying for the last 5 hours on dawn's triumph only to find out it eventually gets hp locked, a bit lame honestly

Can anyone explain to me how this works ?
I might be wrong here but to my understanding, the Meowcano ability for Palico Meowlotov Cocktail gadget works kind of like Gunlance's Wyrmstake Cannon where it multiplies the number of hits based on how many entities it's hitting. By placing the bombs and snowmen their Palico is hitting 4 entities total for massive damage on Alatreon (which is further improved upon by Palico Rally lv4).
Can it work on xbox?
Probably not, I believe the bug scales with fps.
the explosion are dealing 300s 😂 per hits and he got hit 10x a second wtf😂

from what i understand it needs high fps.
i think console is locked at 60fps.
it needs 120-144 fps to work properly. so pc with good gpu.
at 60fps it will still do damage 10-20k but not as much if 120-144fps.

@@jcc4543 the bug is fps based. i just dont think its gonna work at that low fps.
you could lower the graphic settings to get higher fps.

Nobody realizes that this is only possible on PC with fps at least 120+. Kills like this on alatreon and fatalis will not happen on console
it also works with 60 fps man
