The food I tried in this video is so unlike any other I have eaten before!
#Mumbai has got its first #veganthali restaurant, that is also gluten free, sugar free and oil free! I don't know what to feel about that!
#Aharveda is a relatively recent restaurant that is gaining popularity in the suburbs of Mumbai and I have been meaning to try it ever since my friends told me about it. This time we went for a family lunch!
I was surpised to taste the creamy, light and delicious curries that has no dairy. They also served chaas that did not have milk, and yet, it tasted like chaas and it was as healthy as ever!
I had desserts like phirni, gajar halwa, banana walnut cake all without any sugar.
The best dish I had here was undoubtedly the oil-free Sabudana Wada!

Harish what to do when body doesn't accept? Vegan means no dairy ,guess you know 😐.Milk banta hai to no need to eat vegan food. Can have yummy sweets n pastries ,cakes lots of ....but sad of me 🤥can not take it. U might be lucky to have all Dairy products. Aweeeee
They've made malai out of a plant product.
@@anamikapatwari40 may be they have used some vegan milk and nuts... Together, they can contribute to a malai like texture..
I was in Mumbai's for a few days from Canada Vancouver were i live. This is a wonderful meal and maybe 1 day i will go.........Namaste

Sonia Swati Komal... If you watched the video, she mentions coconut milk in the phirni. Just FYI..every dish she tasted she mentioned the vegan replacement. The cheese on the pizza for example was kaju. To answer your questions - looks to me it stands to its vegan promise :)

I stay near this restaurant and I have visited it 3/4 times.Its a very nice restaurant. Mohita's presentation, smile and reaction to every bite was superb and very sweet.Food vloggers rarely visit with family.But that was very pleasant.Wish to see your more posts soon.

Hey mohita... Thanks a lot for sharing this restro review. I have a celiac deseae. I have a hypersensitivity of gluten and dairy. I will go this restro and taste all the dishes. Except Hawaiian pizza bcoz i hate pineapple in pizaa.. 😁 will reccomend a customisation to restro.. 😍😍😍😍

What an amazing Vlog! Thanks Mohita for introducing us to one of the fewest restaurants in maharashtra serving the healthiest food ever. (This restaurant's food might even be healthier than a regular homemade thali full of oil, refined sugars and maida.
One important fact everbody should know - All our meals should always be "Vegan" or dairy-free.. Even if you aren't a vegan and just a simple vegetarian or even a non-vegetarian, you should know that combing milk with salty food or salt, or any tangy and sour food is a completely No-No as per Ayurveda. A Sattvic meal has no Oil, no Refined sugars, no Dairy. Hence it is always easy to digest and alkaline in nature so light on the stomach. This type of meal does our body only good once digested. Hence no matter what food culture we belong to we should always stick to a vegan and Sattvik thali/meal for daily diet. Vegetarians could have their Milk on it's own, separately at other times of the day.
Once again, thanks Mohita for introducing everyone to the fact that yummy and delicious food can be SO healthy and guilt free. :)

Yeah.
There is soy yogurt as well. It could be that. I use soy yogurt and you can't tell the difference.

Hi Mohita, मी and my kids love watching your videos. Specially during this time when our access is limited my elder one keep on watching your videos. Specially pani puri one. When my younger one refuses to eat we talk like what you do and make that boring Poli bhaji interesting 😂. Best part of this video was Aaji and Ajoba. Lots of love and namaskar to both of them.
