SM7B has an anti-noise design, helping to reduce ambient noise. This makes it an excellent choice for recording applications in noisy environments.
The SM7B is a dynamic microphone, which means it requires an amplifier to operate. This can increase the cost of the recording setup.
Well it requires a pre-amp, yes, which I mentioned multiple times in the video. Not all Dynamic mics require this additional piece, though.
it's not the perfect microphone for everyone. It requires a powerful preamplifier and can be a bit expensive.
