🥥 Bounty-Inspired Protein Bars 🥥

- Ingredients:
- 1 cup desiccated coconut, ground to a powder
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut, not ground
- 2 scoops MaxIsolate in Coconut Flavour
- 3 heaped tbsp coconut cream (chill a good quality tin of full-fat coconut milk overnight to achieve this)
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup (to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the coating:
- 120g dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Method:
Mix the desiccated ground coconut, normal desiccated coconut, and coconut protein in a bowl. Stir in the coconut cream, maple syrup and vanilla to combine. Roll into bar shapes (if the mix is too wet, add more protein or coconut - too dry and a touch more coconut cream will do!), then freeze for an hour.
Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together, then dunk the bars into the chocolate.
