      If you are non-Muslim, this method should work fine. As I explained above, personally I would not approve for a Muslim. I don't even eat Dijon Mustard unless it contains no alcohol, which includes all mustards manufactured in Dijon France. My wife and I disagree about balsamic vinegar. The process of producing vinegar changes and molecule to something different. And balsamic wine is not manufactured for the purpose of intoxication.
      Anyway, we can all learn from each other and restrictions don't mean one can't lead a full life. It's simply a different one. I would never force my restrictions on another person, even another Muslim.

    So essentially bring to a boil for 5 min, light off alcohol until gone, cool, add water, and sugar if necessary.

    We quit alcohol 8 month ago been trying non alcoholic wines for a long time. Non of them taste ok just did it with a cheap bottle of wine and it works!!! way better than the stuff marked as non alcoholic wine super expensive and taste like sour grape juice
    This works and it doesnt taste too off of cousre it changes the flavour since its been modified but a cheap and better alternative

    If you had studied physics in elementary school, you would have known at what degrees Celsius the same thing would happen if everything was in a vacuum. The boiling point of ethanol is 79*C and under vacuum (28 inHg) it drops to around 34*C. By cooking on the fire you DESTROYED everything in the wine. But if you did all that in a vacuum, you would save the wine.

    • @nbatvforum

      what vacuum would work right at home and not expensive?

    Using a home made wine would have been better. Buying a wine supports the industry. Make a video where u make a wine at home and show how to evepourte alcohol

    It is possibly okay for Muslims to buy this from non-Muslims who have made it this way, but it is not halal/mubah for Muslims to make non-alcoholic wine this way, as the prohibition of wine/alcohol in Islam isn't just drinking it, but ten categories of action in relation to alcohol including buying it, having bought for you and carrying it and having it carried for you. It was narrated from Ibn ‘Umar that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Wine is cursed from ten angles: The wine itself, the one who squeezes (the grapes etc), the one for whom it is squeezed, the one who sells it, the one who buys it, the one who carries it, the one to whom it is carried, the one who consumes its price, the one who drinks it and the one who pours it.” (IBN MAAJAH - Kitab al Ashribah no.3380)

    I am Muslim and I would not approve this method. First, you must support the wine making industry in order to do it. Second, the original beverage was created with the purpose of intoxication. Third, any molecule of alcohol is haram. This resulting product may contain 1% or less alcohol, but it is still there.

    • @araohollow16
      @araohollow16 Před 6 lety

      I've tried grape juices that are made with different types of grapes and add a bit of cream of tartar. Cream of tartar is potassium bitartrate and contains no alcohol.

      What is the result

    • @andrew_owens7680
      @andrew_owens7680 Před 6 lety

      I leave it to your own taste buds. In theory, the potassium bitartrate should imitate the acidic property of wine.
