In the fishtank, you can find nearly every fish from 5-S. This includes the stickfish, which lies at the very bottom next to the miniature replica of the museum.
Furthermore. if you noclip into that replica, you will find an even smaller replica hidden inside

The staff rooms are probably locked behind Steam IDs, like the Size 2 fish in 5-S. Modifing it will probably make stuff inside of them spawn.

Update on my last comment:
On CabalCrow's pedestal, there is a pair of glasses that you can equip to any plush in the museum
You can also now equip the "alter" and "delete" arm in the dev museum, but whether you can do anything new with these, i've yet to discover. will update again soon.
There is a turtle with a bonsai on its back sitting on a ledge out of bounds near the atrium
The Mandalore plush says some secret dialogue after holding him for 2 minutes
There is a secret if you shoot the Salad's poster
Secret weapons are fully compatible with the dual wield powerup
Since the Cabalcrow glasses are infinite, this is a good way to trigger the gianni secret without the hassle of roaming the whole museum
Theres a giant Salad plush outside the museum if you go out of bounds far enough

Here you can change what video plays in the theater by replacing the present video with one of your own and renaming it to uk_museum_ingame.mp4

they're not actually secret at all, and there is a book next to each of them explaining what they were supposed to be

the black hole one, was supposed to be a super weapon that gets charged by getting kills. it was scrapped because it just didn't work well in the game.
the beam one was it's own weapon. it was supposed to deal bad damage if you stood still and good damage if you were moving. again, just didn't work well in the game.

They are pretty cool, but I think they might be there to demonstrate that these concepts were "considered", or at the very least to make you think that when it's possible it was never really going to be in the game because they don't fit the flow of high speed combat.
Unless they become unlockable only in LENIENT and HARMLESS because players on those difficulties are effectively playing a different, not "bad", but more laid back game that can afford to be risky with it's weapon balancing
