Butt too high in the plank. Up and down movement of shoulders and hips in army crawl show you have weak abs and core, regardless of the six pack. The first exercise is thoracic rotation used in warmups and does nothing for the core.
It’s been great except every time I finish the workout the dude screeches an orgasmic cry like he just finished a scene as John wick stabbing pencils through people’s ears.
I was shattered after this one. CAN'T believe I hit my MAX heart rate!!
